    Hold a sock stretched out in front of your mic for better audio quality to cut out the harsh “puh” sounds

      I meant - maintain the ability to broad jump your height for as long as possible. Sorry for the confusion!

      Do this 3x/week for the next 4 weeks:
      Week 1 - 4 sets of 7
      Week 2 - 4 sets of 8
      Week 3 - 4 sets of 9
      Week 4 - 4 sets of 10
      Rest 2-3 days then retest your max!
