Searched two days for templates including through MS that would work. Played around with MS-Word and did nothing but fail. Cam across your video and did exactly what you instructed fully expected another failure. Surprise! Everything worked perfectly. Thank you! Oustanding!
Wow! After searching through so many videos and getting confused, I found yours. You get straight to the point and make all the steps clear and easy to understand. Mahalo nui for this much needed video!🙏🙏🙏
Wow great video, i was about to send to a printers, with this you make it so easy to do myself. Great and easy to follow and now printed my own. Thank you
Does this system cover printing an A5 booklet on A4 paper? Desperate to find solution. At moment printing A5 pages individually as printer does not print A5 on both sides.
Lean and handy guide for a beginner, but it would have been useful to mention the formatting and sizing set up before adding text, I followed to the word, when I got to the set up guide, it skewed the formatting, had to start again, with page set up first. Gosh I am learning!
This is a great tutorial, thanks...but all of a sudden, now when I go to print, word tells me I've selected a paper size that can't print duplex...but I did it the first time right after I went through your tutorial. Thoughts?
Must I click into the cover page before doing the layout settings (gutter/flip on short edge), then click *again* on the first numbered page and repeat the layout settings?
Thanks Chester, great advice but seems to print only in draft (i.e. very feint) even though I have settings as normal when I print a regular ms word doc? Any thoughts on this please?
This is great. When I print my document the 2 back pages are blank & there is no view of them on the layout - is there a way to include printing on every single page?
I want to make a booklet half this size. So you'd have 4 pages per sheet, then once printed I would have to cut each page in half before assembling and stapling. Any ideas?
Hi Chester, hope you are still monitoring. Want to print single A4 folding sheet with 4 page A5 BUT cannot use duplex on my printer as using thicker card that my Canon MG inkjet cannot manage. How do I use manual double-sided for same result ?? Thanks
Instructions are great and I can do an excellent hard copy, double sided print that looks great and exactly as it should do in a printed A5 Booklet. I also need to print to .pdf for an ecopy - does anyone know how to set up the print/paper/page commands? I always end up with the 'wrong' pages next to each other- i.e Pages 1 and 4 on the same sheet, back of front cover and page 5 on the same sheet etc
I was going crazy trying to do a booklet..... I WOULD SUBSCRIBE A MILLION TIMES, Thank you

This was very useful! I wanted a 2 page daily checklist and I wasn't sure about how to get it printed from A5 to A4. Thanks for sharing this Chester!

Thanks, really easy and straightforward!
Of really great help, thank you.
Is it easier to have a print shop create a quarter page sized booklet? I just can't find any direction on how to do that in MS Word.
thank you so much!

Change the page size under the size under layout tab. Make it the size if half the page after you've made it "book fold" in margins
Does this also work for changing A4 to A5?

I would think you'd just 'print odd pages" then flip the page and "print even pages"
Thank you

Where do you find the search for online templates option, please?
Start with + New. Then you see the blue band on top with search on the right corner
I dont have this search option :(
Yes, where is the "serach for online templates" option??
@@Hope-InTheLord If at work they may have disabled it.
Could also be the version of Office you have.
