Here in Massachusetts, the only time public comment is required is at a public hearing, which are required for very specific things. People like Mr. Lyman waste everyone’s time and offer nothing productive. I can’t believe these councilors are even responding to him. So no, no one’s first amendment rights are being violated. Don’t like it, petition the supreme court. That’s every American’s right.
