    This is for strengthening the soleus muscle. Do you have a recommendation for how to release the soleus muscle tightness. Went biking over the weekend...an hour ride on each day. I guess I was rushing the season but my calf muscles are in pain. Had a calf cramp and if I stretch it the wrong way, it's got me. Ugh!!
    Calf area and thighs are tight!!!! 😢

      You used up your Magnesium so supplement with Magnesium OIL. Also, take baking soda in your water about one quarter of a tea spoon, for 1 liter water. Also Hot bath with baking soda !
