Ive failed twice to rehydrate yeast. First problem was that i noticed my mead didn't bubbled or had any airlock activity. Tried to shake the mead, it bubbles but clears off in a minute. I tried to repitch again but what i did was i kept mixing it for 20 minutes straight. Didn't knew I had to just let it sit. By following your video, i hope i make it right now

10 ml per 100 grams means you would only be putting 1.5ml in. That's no where near enough.
You're right there. I misspoke and meant to say 10g per 100mL.
