Tone on Tone Using Same Color Oxides and Distress Inks

  • Hey Crafty Friends! Today I'm sharing a fun and easy way to color a background using tone on tone with Oxide and regular Distress inks of the same color. All of the stamps and dies used are by Unity Stamp Company. I'll list the products used below:

    If you had stamped the bee above your happy you would have had the feet and antenna showing and placed your cut out bee over it.

      I'm sure I have a separate bee stamp in my craft room, but I actually used the bee that was in the image of the background stamp so I wouldn't have been able to stamp just the bee. But I like what you're thinking!
