Great card! And you make it nice & uncomplicated. How do you send your envelopes with old stamps on them though? I would have thought the postal service wouldn’t like that unless you use an additional envelope. And does the wax hold up through the post?
Hi Allison, I've said many times before that the envelopes are for decoration, most of my cards are hand delivered, so this give the looks of them going through the postal system and looks nicer then the modern printed stickers used today. If I do post, they go in a padded envelope. Regarding the Wax Seals, they do hold up through the post, I've recieved many myself, and they are still in tacked. 😀
Hi best to try with scrap card first. The measurements are all correct, and many have already made this with no problems. Make sure you're sticking the end of the strip, glue facing up, so it sticks to inside, front of card. You may have folded it over, if you're saying it's not long enough.
Thank you for your quick reply. I realized my mistake, I was gluing the tabs to the center fold, rather than just folding the card letting it fall into place. Thanks again.

My mechanism piece does not seem to be long enough. I am cutting a 9.5” x 2.75” piece but something is not right.

The title says ‘no dies needed’. How did you get the pretty flowers?
You don’t need dies to make the pop up, what YOU choose to decorate it with is up to you, those may need dies for that bit or may not.
