    Dear Boriville - I am very thankful /grateful for your complete and in detail instructions for this very yummy Vietnamese banana cake. (usually they list ingredients but no instructions not nice)

    I can never figured out which coconut milk or coconut cream to buy when making the sauce. Is there a preference to which one to use (milk vs. cream)?

      888katiechau coconut cream is much thicker but I always like to use regular coconut milk for coconut sauce

      888katiechau i live in Sydney and I always buy the coconut cream ( Aroy ) to make the sauce. If you live in the USA you can buy easily buy this brand of coconut milk / cream.
