Coach Rock could you help me with getting better handles as a beginner of sorts. I don’t know exactly what to focus on, but I want to improve at a good pace to keep up with competition. I’m also trying to learn how to get past defenders. Also, glad your back!
Coach, I'm so disappointed and sad because when I played my friends, I didn't do any scoring or I didn't even defend them well. I'm giving my all but they're way more skilled than I am. They don't workout too, while I, everynight, do cardio and strength training. Can you please make a video about consistency and mentality? And please make a scoring series (make playlists here please!)
i use to have the same problem , but after i practiced the post move, i can score 3-4 buckets when play with my friends. then i do all the dribble workout to improve my handle. now i am the best player in my team
Yo coach rock I have can’t be guarded and for the off the move 3s the video is missing. Is it like at each spot (top, both wings) I move to the spot going left,right(both ways) and shooting a catch and shoot 3? It is different than spot up cause I stand then catch and shoot but off the move I’m moving both directions at each spot to catch and shoot a three correct?

So I was wondering is it ok for me to tighten my shooting practice to ensure thats what I will keep doing or should I change it to two hand shooting which I am not used to on Jump Shots or fade aways. What do you guys think?

Use that as motivation to keep grinding, just concentrate on the fundamentals.
