If someone has to call a family member about coming soon, something is wrong with your member. If just coming soon is conveyed and she is very sick to me it is OK at that moment. That does not prove that it is stamped homicide suicide or death. everyone would agree that the first call should be simple and not to hurt the family .... gradual declaration will take place. It is then onwards completely messed up. No senior person is attending parents. They are deprived of seeing the body... etc... Who reported The body is there ..... who found .. It is showing bleeding and obvious injury marks.. Who identified .... then who reported to whom? even after knowing this grieving situation why not proper reaction? Total messing up. Informing Police..... CMO or Superintendent or Medical College principal or someone... before police took over many have gone nearer to the scene Now everyone is acting as juris Specialist and useless post-incident cry is occurring.
