Allison, I hope you and your husband remain safe and well. You both crossed my mind a few times with the recent hurricanes warnings in your state.
You haven’t talked a lot about your hurricane season preparedness plan since moving to Florida and every area has their own natural issues to plan for. Maybe you can share your thoughts/plan since I think it is something that people should also think about when considering moving to Florida and other states often impacted by hurricanes.
With that said, your Autumn Party looked like great fun. Your decor was was full of sophisticated whimsy. (I came across a fairy birdhouse that aI purchased to put in one of my plant pots and I totally thought of you, and it warmed my heart). Thanks for sharing!

I love to entertain and I also like to do it “all by myself”. 🤪 Often by the time the guests arrive I am too tired getting everything just-so to feel like I am being a good hostess. that game you explained at the end, we play it a little differently. so in the game there is also a police card, and the one who gets that card has to find the other one who winks and he has 3 times to guess who the (that's what we call him) killer is. And that's really the goal of the game. But you can play it however you want of course!😊

I am Egyptian and we do not have pumpkin patches, we do not have a lot of fall decor, we do not have apple orchards decorated for the occasion, we do not have all these fall themed drinks, all these fall themes donuts and pastries! I watched someone recently set up a party for like 32 and their advice was to do everything you can in advance like even up to 2 weeks prior or even just 1-2 prior to help the day of be less stressful and do enjoy it better! That way when guests come you can relax and have fun and not have one long stressful busy day! This is definitely something I want to work on myself! 🌷🙏🏻🕊💕
