The reason your stylist wants you to use a high end shampoo is because the cheap drugstore ones have ingredients in them that have a chemical reaction with bleach and could fry your hair at color appointments. I think k18 is a great shampoo conditioner option! Just make sure you shampoo twice and rinse out your conditioner really well🤍
I use the suave Moroccan oil shampoo and conditioner - the shine version (blue letters). I use the scalp massager and wash daily and it’s changed my hair tremendously. Also the dove scalp serum helps so much! It smells amazing too!!
I love Redken shampoo and conditioner since all of them protect colored hair including bleached hair. I use the Extreme lengthening line which is the dark blue bottles and I love the scent of their products since it’s pretty light. I do also love Oribe gold lust products but they are spendy. For hair spray I use Sebastian Shaper Plus or Sexy Hair Big Spray & Play.
Writing down a to do list for the next day in a journal helps me ✨ that way it’s out of your mind and onto the page. If you think about it you can tell yourself you will look at the list tomorrow!!

The sweet sales ladies let me try on a bag and a pair of heels knowing we were not wealthy and couldn't afford to purchase anything. It as really nice. No one seemed to care I had a fake bag and I felt special. They even gave me a paper shopping bag which I used as a lunch bag for weeks after! :) Who cares if people don't have real ones? I'm 30 now and ironically, although I can afford them I still prefer real people with fake bags than fake people with real bags. Just saying :) (not that everyone who carries a real one is bad or vice versa.) Just means I don't care if people carry fakes.
