    Sir, 1 sal tak mujhe knee pain ka problem tha maine apke exercise dekhe aur 15 days se chalu kiye abhi bahot accha feel kar rahi hu.mera dard to 90% kum ho gaya.abhari hu mai apki 🙏

    First time I've watch it and I followed it feels good.... Especially the last part from the locking of hands... I have pain on my finger joints it feels better .. I'm gonna do this exercise....

    I normally have pain in my legs 24/7. I watched your video and followed the routine along. After few minutes or so the pain just vanished !!! It's no doubt now that m going to follow this routine everyday 😊

    Mai mulkay bruma mai rahti hon.
    kafi arsa say mayray payron min shaded dard tha. Bahut say doctor say bhi ilajh kiya tha. Par kuch mufid sabit nahi huwe.
    3 month pahlay mayray baytay nay mujhay is yoga ki video bataeye. Our mai nihayat pabandi kay sath arp ki video par bataeye gaeye tariqo ko rozana try karti hon.
    Alhamdulillah mujhay bahut faeidah horaha hai. Is liyey mai dilojan say arp ka bahut bahut shariya ada karti hon.

    It is really effective. My pain is really gone with this. Can you please do a better recording and better audio. It is hard to see and hear. It is so effective even now so focused recording will be 200% more effective!!

    Very very efective .I was having knee pain i did this for two wks.Alhamdulilah no more joint pain.I check my uric acid i was o.K but also put on soft shoes
    .

    मेरी उम्र 70 साल है पहले घुटनों में थोड़ा दर्द होता था फिर मैंने एक्सरसाइज किया तो ठीक हो गया फिर मैंने एक्सरसाइज को छोड़ दिया कुछ दिन पहले मैं घुटनों के बल गिर गई थी ऐसे कोई चोट तो नहीं लेकिन कुछ दिनों के बाद दर्द होना शुरू डॉक्टर के पास गई डॉक्टर ने xrays लिया और डॉक्टर ने बोला घुटना खराब होना शुरू हो गया है मैंने फिर से एक्सरसाइज करनी शुरू कर दी है मैं अब आपसे यह जानना चाहती हूं के एक्सरसाइज करने से घुटने को वापस ठीक किया जा सकता है या नहीं मुझे जवाब जरूर दीजिएगा प्लीज

    Sir mere paro k ankles aur samne swelling hai aur mere arch mai bhi pain hai in short paro bahut thakavat rahte hai plz paro ki swelling ko kam kar ne ki exercise dalay

    मैं लगातार ५ महिने मेथी दाने का प्रयोग कर रहि हूँ ! रात सोते समय १ टी स्पून पानी में भिगो देता हूँ और सुबह खाली पेट दाने चभाकर खाती हूँ और ऊपरसे मेथी का पानी पी लेती हूँ | लेकिन घुँटने के दर्द में कोई फर्क महसुस हुआ नही है |

    Just some advice, please put subtitle in english so many people will understand the instruction from your guru and just focus to your guru coz we need to follow step by step of exercises and no need to focus camera to others member. Thanks

    thanks for sharing but with foot drop issues the first exercise of dorsiflexion and flexion at ankle was impossible.
