- A castle sub-area found in a mysterious version of Super Mario 64.
He is there.
(Pelle here, this is something different for sure! I've been working on this for a while, and I'm still learning, but I hope you can get some enjoyment none the less. I tried fixing the paintings, I did I swear.
You might be thinking, what's gonna happen going forward? Nothing different really, I'm gonna try making more maps like this, but the errors are more visible in video format so i'll probably post pictures while I learn. More music on the way, something from this video is coming soon! Give critique as always :)

b3313's still getting updates occasionally, they've even been adding new rooms. would be cool to see this Third Floor (Alternate) appear in it if they decide to add more levels
I love so much when people add new rooms that look like theyd be in the actual game… only im my dreams have I see the castle expanded and now its come true

Very cool :) Definitely one of the higher quality videos like this. Also, great choice of Piranha Plant's Ballad; it's extremely underutilized in the Mario 64 creepy content community IMHO

hey great job, you really shined. I would recommend using another voice for "him" because the one you used is already quite used. but I really liked the video. I'm waiting for the next part
Very true! I’m gonna go for more subtle horror going forward, not gonna be as obvious and jumpy like this one. I’ve heard the voice used in the Mandela catalogue and the boiled one, so I thought it would fit, but I do want something more original! Thank you for the advice, glad you enjoyed!

Idk why but in the original castle you can never find any of these luxury rooms filled with a lot paintings and decorations, I think if this would've been part of the game it would've fit very well to the idea of an actual castle and not what we see during the gameplay.
Interesting point! I mostly just wanted to make it look pretty haha. Worth considering though!
This reminded me of some really long nightmare that I had last year that roughly had to do with being inside of an ai generated castle from Mario 64. It lasted so long and I hated it.

I only modeled the things you see in the video, everything else isn’t there, but maybe someday haha. I’ll go more detailed in the future!

The models are optimized for the video sadly, it's super glitchy and doors go nowhere. I appreciate it, though!
