Fantastic. You know what would look good since this is a full 2 stories tiny home? A balcony off the back side or all around the whole 2 stories top side. Have a door put in on the 2nd story, then have it come onto the outside of the balcony that wraps around the whole 2nd floor but don't put it over the front part of the house. Then set some outdoor tables & chairs out there & it could be a breakfast spot over looking the community. Would be a much desired home if you tried to sell it later on down the line. Once more houses are in place you won’t have room to do those sweeping turns. I have thought lots with angle in access might be easier than perpendicular for moving in and out. You guys are fun to watch. That’s what I get to do on my job, watch and Help navigate oversized loads. You call these Tiny but what a huge undertaking. BINGO! Honey I’m Home.

As I'm watching the guy who's fixing the pipe I'm thinking when Randy says it's packed full of gravel I'm thinking this is going to sound really dumb but maybe if they got a shop vac and tried or a really strong vacuum and then they did yay I was pretty smart too it wasn't just him LOL glad you guys solved the problem

FYI : The sewer pipe was not damaged by the home owner and no gravel was added by the home owner within one foot of the pipe. We believe it may have been sabotaged. Enough said. Thank you Randy and crew for a job well done.

that one house on the corner, they did a beautiful job on their fence! (gray one) I accidentally did that to a pipe once and also used a shop vac to empty it out... was the easiest thing to do...
