The most fundamental argument is that LGBTQ individuals have the same rights as anyone else to marry the person they love. Denying them this right is a violation of their fundamental human rights and goes against the principle of equality. Marriage is a celebration of love and commitment between two individuals. LGBTQ individuals have the same capacity for love and commitment as anyone else, and they deserve to have their relationships recognized and celebrated. Marriage provides important legal and financial benefits, including access to healthcare, inheritance rights, tax benefits, and the ability to make decisions for each other in times of crisis. Denying LGBTQ individuals the right to marry denies them access to these important benefits. Legal recognition of same-sex marriages can contribute to greater social acceptance and equality for LGBTQ individuals. It sends a message that LGBTQ relationships are just as valid and deserving of respect as heterosexual relationships. It's important to recognize that marriage equality is not about disrupting the equilibrium of society, but about creating a more just and equal society where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity Legalizing LGBTQ marriages does not make everyone want to become homosexuals. Sexual orientation is a complex and deeply ingrained aspect of a person's identity that is not influenced by external factors such as legal recognition of same-sex relationships. People do not choose their sexual orientation, and research has shown that attempts to change one's sexual orientation are ineffective and harmful. The LGBTQ community is a natural part of human diversity. Sexual orientation and gender identity are aspects of human variation that exist in every culture and throughout history. They are not a choice or a lifestyle but rather an intrinsic part of a person's identity. The scientific consensus is that sexual orientation is determined by a combination of genetic, hormonal, and environmental factors. It is important to respect and celebrate the diversity of human sexuality and gender identity. Everyone should have the right to love and form relationships with whomever they choose, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Legalizing same-sex marriage is a step towards achieving this goal of equality and acceptance. there is no evidence to suggest that LGBTQ relationships are harmful to society. In fact, research has consistently shown that LGBTQ individuals are just as capable of being good parents, building strong families, and contributing positively to their communities as heterosexual individuals. Ultimately, people should be free to love who they choose, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, and society should embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms.
It is not natural to humanity it is nothing but corruption of human psychy. Entire western world is living example of how destructive it is for the society where they have come to the point where they have invented 65+ genders, asking for hormon & surgery subsidiaries from government. You are mixing two things. Biological sex and sexuality are different things. Sexuality is about what you are attracted to, so either same sex or different sex or both. Homosexual means same sex, heterosexual means opposite sex and bisexual is both. Sex is either male or female, but due to gender dysphoria, you do not identify with the sex assigned at birth. Kamasutra is a pretty disgusting book. Idk why we've been treating it like a holy book, why aren't we giving it the same treatment as manusmriti, since manusmriti was considered holy too? Kamasutra objectifies women, has a lot of instances of potential rape, and a lot more.

It's important to recognize that marriage equality is not about disrupting the equilibrium of society, but about creating a more just and equal society where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity
Legalizing LGBTQ marriages does not make everyone want to become homosexuals.
This corruption of senses has no ending.
Marriage is a religious institution for a man and woman, it is created by religion in which governments should stay out.

As per PC-PNDT ACT (undeveloped genitals by birth), SC forbade parents to decide for their kid's surgery in favour of a Son before 18 yrs. They may have harmonal urge of a girl to love a boy i.e. the surgical boy will love a boy - So no question of "marriage is b/w a *biological* male-female " can avert these unconventional conditions, as by NATURE itself such babies are born.
Hence, you undergo transition. These people are what we call transgender.

These so-called staunch Hindutvavaadis are not much different from Saffron coloured Islamists.
Due to centuries of slavery, our minds have become islamic more than we realise.

Yet, todays so-called Hindutvavaadis oppose Homo marriages in the name of religion!
These people neither know science, nor Hindu Shastras.
Sanatana Dharma is neutral about Homosexuality. It neither encourages it nor admonishes it. Homosexuals have always been a part of our civilization.
