Jon telling DC he's gonna be Mrs Jones for the night is hilarious, especially considering how we all know how Mrs Jones was treated! We thought it was sus but Jon was speaking violence 😂
brooo 😂
That's one helluva misdirection 😂
Coke Jones is funny

Brrooo!!!!!
The complete face and voice change from Jon the minute he thinks the cameras are done rolling and his full acknowledgement of it is definitely the closest any of us will ever get to seeing what the real Jon Jones is like behind the mask
Most people I've heard that have met Jones in person say he's really down to earth and likable
@@MicahHeard To be fair, people said the same thing about Ted Bundy lol

I love how jon pauses for a second and the look on his face is like he genuinely never thought dc would defend himself
I laugh every time at that interaction.
I also love that part, especially because coming from such a good fighter its completely real, to the point of being obvious
I think he probably meant more like “I’ll get a gun, find you and kill you.” He is a sociopath after all.

“A foot note in the history of Jon Jones” 😂
Never change Beige
It's been known that Jon is a giant POS for ages now, but this is the first time for me seeing that clip of him talking about how he felt that the UFC betrayed him. It's actually incredible that he blames the UFC for not preserving his image and using that hot mic footage to hype a fight rather than having the self awareness that the footage only exists because that's the way that he behaves. He expects them to cover his ass like they owe him. I genuinely believe he is a psychopath or something along those lines
So is your father
He has to be mentally unstable. A lifetime of getting hit in the head doing TRT and massive amounts of coke.
Definitely got those vibes when he was talking about cranking Glover's arm and popping his elbow out of place. If
Sociopathic for sure
To be honest the UFC and mma media has covered for the psychopath McGregor so you can understand him wanting the same treatment. Even amongst shit human beings like those two, they want to have all the benefits of the other.
Great video but the Chael part had some mistakes. He never lost a round
🤣🤣🤣undefeated!🫡🫡🫡
And undisputed.
You have won the internet for today sir. Can't believe this guy had the nerve to say chael lost. Guy has no credibility
2/10 no carrots fed to busses
To be fair, Chael admitted to losing that 5th Rd vs Anderson.. never admitted to losing the fight though ("I thought if I tap, I lose the round, and we go to the scorecards”). So yeah - undefeated, undisputed.

Jon is a two faced charlatan but extremely talented.
There is one Jon who acts humble , respectful and nice, and there is other side is cocky, no regard for anyone, sadistic human being. Probably one of the most despised fighter in ufc
there are two wolves inside of jon. one is an alcoholic domestic abuser, the other is an athletic domestic abuser
Jones is a killer. If he was not an MMA fighter he would be a contract killer. His DNA is to kill. His early fights he use to hurt who he faced. Every kick punch to really hurt the fighters. Like kill them. He said this once. He aims to really hurt a fighter. end them. Then he said he found God and really tried to be that nice fighter. Hence he mess ups. That killer has to come out its what made him one of the best MMA fighters of all time.

DC's interpretation of how his beef with Jones started sounds more believable. Especially with what we know about Jon's personality. Jon's side of the story sounds like the school yard bully who had someone stand up to him, so he tries to play the victim.
We also know DC can be way too sensitive. Seems like Jon was fuckin with him yeah, but I don't think it was as deep as DC took it
@@dakster4364 I agree. I also love how when Jon recalls the incident in later interviews with DC there he makes it sound like very it was just very innocent banter.

Jon putting #Cheater for chael failing some steroids test is so hilariously ironic. Jon now has 7 official failed tests on record for steroids, and every teammates at Jackson/Wink has confirmed that he hid under the octagon from USADA when they randomly showed up to their gym. His brother Arthur also popped for the same kind of steroid in the NFL in the same year of Jon's first failed test. He will always be the poster boy for cheating. His legacy is basically steroids now.
People also seem to forget that he was flagged for abnormal testosterone levels after THE FIRST DC fight. Dude could not trust a non-enhanced version of himself to beat Cormier and its sad
*And* he failed tests *everyday* of fight week against Anthony Smith.
It’s hilarious, Chaels use of juice is so minor compared to Bonesy.
Compared to Chael, Jones is a juice box, a juicy juice boy, and he likes to dabble in his steroid stuff, and it was no more than that, which is why the juicy juice box entered the camera frame.

I mean guy allegedly assaulted a couple a few of months ago, and is still selling wallets and cereal.
Sounded more like (at least) 5-on-1, where Chael defended himself in the moment, but we'll see...
I can't think of anything in MMA that is more frustrating, disappointing, shit...heartbreaking, than to have been a fervent fan of Jonny Bones Jones from the beginning. To watch his first fight in the ufc and see that raw material: The huge reach, speed, and above all: creativity. The kid was an artist in more than just the "martial" sense. The spinning elbow against Bonner, the manhandling of O'Brian and Hamil, leading to a fight with a guy who was one of my favorites at the time. People forget about Brandon Vera because he was an undersized Heavyweight who got big brothered by the giant Tim Silvia, but going into that fight Vera was 9-0 with 7 ko/tkos and 1 sub. The sub was against a very dangerous Assuerio Silva, and some of the names that were on that KO list were: Justin Eilers, Fabiano Scherner, and Frank Mir. Having been mauled by enough giants Vera made the move to 205 and by the time he got to Jones he was 12-4 with 8 ko/tkos and 1 sub. Those losses were to Keith Jardine (after a bad weight cut...weird fight), Fabricio Verdum, the aforementioned Tim Silvia, and in his last fight a UD loss to Randy Couture.
Jon Jones 9-1 5ko/tkos 2 subs, was just coming off of his one sided, devastating, domination of Matt Hamil that remains today the only loss on Jones' record, so Bones was also on the comeback trail...
These were 2 of my favorite fighters and they were going to have a battle for the ages, one to remem....
Jon just smoked him.
Like he was Bush league...
I was fully on board now. It was only a matter of time until this kid was the champion in my opinion. All he needed, was the current champion, whomever it was at 205 that didn't matter, all that was needed was for them sign the contract and to get in the octagon with this kid. That was it. He was MMAs Jorden, Tiger, Ali. Best of all he wasn't a self absorbed, narcissistic, d!kface! He was a kid next door type, always smiling.
And then he wasn't. I'm not gonna go through all the shit that Jon has done, or gone through.
But there came a point where the smile remained, but it didn't touch his eyes. Those eyes got darker and darker and that smile eventually just looked malevolent.
Watching him wasn't watching art anymore. The eyepokes, the antics at the pressers. The failed tests
There's a lot of Jon Jones nut huggers out there who believe he can do no wrong, and there's a lot of Jon Jones haters out there who love every mistake he makes and lap up every moment of his misery.
I am neither.
I either mourn for the kid that had all that potential and whipped Brandon Vera all those years ago, the kid who was seemingly displaced by some new man I don't even recognize.
Or I am saddened that that kid never existed, and we were all just played by the man Jon Jones is now.
I hope it's the former rather than the latter. I believe there is time for redemption. But every year and every stupid incident makes me doubt that outcome more and more...
Shit i didn't mean to write a fkn book here. I don't feel like editing it either, so please excuse any mistakes
There still is some hope for redemption since he is so young and his body hasn't taken too much damage, but I'm not sure if his last few performances were they way they were because he's just not as good anymore, or if he's not as motivated when training.
I've heard alot of people say when they met Jon in person, he's really great, and humble. I don't blame him for acting somewhat like an animal in a combat sport where his health is at stake in ever fight. Nobody can say they've whooped Jon Jones and for me that's all that matter. People cry sociopath but I think that's not the case. He's more or less a nice guy who can be a savage when being threatened, and also the heel act brings $$$$$$$$'s so why not?
With you all the way. Him and Conor both. Shit broke my heart watching these legends just fall apart. JJ still could come back at least but I heavily, heavily doubt it.
@@MicahHeard I feel like JJ is easy to offend, like he's insecure. I believe his version of the original DC meeting and I totally believe JJ got totally bent out of shape over it.
@@ZachGatesHere He should've stop caring what people think of him after his second arrest lol I agree that he's insecure, especially the way Chael gets under his skin over nothing. Still the Goat imo.

I checked everyday for this. Today started rough thanks for making it a lot better
I've followed Jon since the start. This has been a great documentary series. I just wish I wasn't waiting for part 3. Great work!
One thing I think people fail to understand is that you have to separate the artist from the art. Jon does art. It's good. He's undefeated at it. Is Jon as the artist the best of human beings? Far from it. But there isn't very many artists in history that were great humans and made great art. Picasso? One of the greats. Good human? No. This is a common theme.
I think that is a huge part of what makes Jon as a figure in MMA so compelling: the inability to reconcile his greatness in the cage with his shittyness out side of it.
He lost to Reyes.
I want to preface this comment with the statement that I agree with your general argument. However, the reason why I would say that Jon is hated to such a large degree more than other “flawed artists” is that he’s not only far from the best human being, he’s what people would classify as evil.
While I believe many fighters gain some pleasure from what they do, Jon is on another level with it. He’s a predator, he likes hurting people, he takes pleasure in dominating and humiliating others without respect or regard for them. The cherry on top is the superficial facade, which sets him apart from standard brutish people.
I would agree with you 100% about seperating the art from artist. However, Jon's hypocrisy about PED's and his graduating to WOMAN BEATER can't be seperated anymore.
Someone said that "seperating an artist from the art" is a coping mechanism that allows us to continue enjoying the product and enrich the artist despite some of the things they done. Its easier than depriving yourself of something you want. Its a rationalization and an excuse.
I'm not all that into MMA/UFC, but your videos are really interesting and fun to listen to, whether they're about comedians or fighters. Keep it up.

The largest bummer of this whole story is the night Reyes beat him. One of the only true robberies I've ever seen in MMA.
