The reality after months with Yolobox Ultra is they hide on purpose many issues with the device that was prematurely launched. They scam their dealers and customers with false advertising for features that never work as advertised.. Then they omit facts about features they know will cause customers and dealers hassles, then blame their dealers for their lies. Lawsuit is being field and we will put an end to this fraud.
Moving forward from this the second version IP64 or IP67 rated and mountable, most desirable for those of us filming outdoors in all inclement weather. I currently stream using the PRO with a waterproof cover on and when it really does rain heavily the screen becomes unstable due to the water on the PVC cover. Having the Yolodeck that was waterproof would be so cool and amazing, worth the extra +100 bucks to pay for it.
I'm making a device waterproof is not going to change the fact that the capacitive screen reacts to a body of water, like your finger or a raindrop. Cell phones are already completely submersible but you can't operate them when the screen is wet. Making a device waterproof does not change the fact that the touchscreen reacts to the capacitance change affected by your finger, or water.
Note that Yolobox should be honest about features they they clearly know are a problem yet omit in their marketing, advertising and sales. A glaring example is that there is NO WAY TO SAVE your VERTICAL VIDEO LAYOUTS!!!! I learned about this and many other Yolobox Ultra issues and feel scammed because Frank and his team at Broadfield know all about the Yolobox Ultra falsely advertised product features that really do not work and are a fraud.
