Didnt know comic books could be better than the movies. Hell this is what I need to see. They should of did this storyline after Hellbound. It would of showed Kirsty journey.

Love these read-throughs and the awesome comic strips, if only these Hellraiser stories would come to the big screen or small.
I really like this story. Makes sense that Pinhead probably wanted Kirsty Cotten in his Gash all along. Also, it would seem that these comics only follow the first two films as well. Kirsty had killed at least five people before during Hellseeker...

I really think instead of making regular movies they make Hellraiser an animated series. I think it would be less of a budget to hire actors and would be better to watch. Almost like Amine type
I love how Kirsty is so much more attractive in the comics than the actress in the movies. That’s saying something cause she was beautiful in the movies.

in my eyes this comic has completely crumbled in terms of meaning and common sense
How so? They laid these seeds in the opening. Pinheads plan is just coming to fruition

The comic is exploring damaged people and there trauma that has changed them. Pinhead for all is monologueing, is right. The harrowers might fight hell, but what are they without hell.
Kirsty is not even saving lives. Shes literally avenging the dead, but for what purpose other than for herself. Her friends and family are dead, they have no horse in this race.
She cant let it go and chases hell. So when you say they act out of character, it depends on what your putting on top of these characters. Maybe its not what you would do, but the comic is very competent in its character motivation and world building.
What a terrible comic. Cheesy as all hell.

@@MrHReviews sigh. Yes. It's such good material conceptually, why does it all have to be so bad. Hellraiser has amazing theme, but most of the execution is just.... ugh. I like the first movie, and have on that premise alone forced myself to watch literally all of the sequels. Disappointment every single time, but I still watched them.
This is far removed from the movies. First and foremost, this has some more elements from the book the first movie is based on. Also, its written by clive barker as well. Out of all the hellraiser movies, i think only 3 of them started out as scripts for hellraiser. All the other garbage hellraiser movies were scripts laying around they could shoot for cheap and shoehorn pinhead somewhere in the story. So this is definitely way more interesting and compelling than those trash fire films.
If you like hellraiser as a concept and this comic is cheesy, i think you more likely dont like hellraiser and all of this shit is quote cheesy.
