Had a Honda Legend v6, 2000 and had to dropped due to transmission issues. I then bought a Legend Acura, SH-4wd, v6. 2005 and also had issues with transmission. This was my 4th Honda car but after the experience with endless transmission issues I have moved to Ford. Please fix your transmissions properly.
I've seen lots in the US talk of faulty auto gearboxes and wondered if they have spent a lot of time sitting at lights in D using the brake to hold the car? This isn't a good practice and adds extra heat to the system.

Weird, I only had SH-AWD Acuras, some with well into the 100k+ mile mark, never had a transmission problem.

Automatic Ford's have their own transmission problems !
