That's likely due to the choppiness of the movement stemming from the engine itself. There's no turning animations, no slowing down or speeding up, and no momentum. It's 0 or 100. No in-between. Not unless some absolute legend managed to hack the engine again. We've seen it happen before...

No mods really have control support I use the b42 true leaning and it auto leans I just have to look at a walls corner n it automatically does it for me It’s a little janky but it works This looks really sick though but I don’t like playing keyboard my back hurts after like 15 mins Lol

Google "Viva New Vegas", and make sure to read everything. It'll take you ~1 hour or so, depending on your familiarity with Mod Organizer 2, which the guide uses since Vortex is just a bad version of it, literally. You'll have a perfectly stable highly modded game. Then just add on whatever else afterwards and hopefully you don't break something.
And by enhanced it means moving like it’s an arma game haha. Which is obviously the greatest game ever made and I won’t hear any different or elaborate! Mwhahahaha

The FNV authors are legit cracked. I have modded just about any game you can. The talent on New Vegas is some of the best.
That's because most people who mod Fallout 4 are zoomers who only care about coomer mods or tacticool garbage.
