I met an Indian woman once who said she wears the little red dot on her head to signify that she is married. The same as a ring for us in the United States. She put one of her dots on my forehead and said that I looked soo beautiful. Charisma, you are beautiful with your Indian style marriage identifier. 😂

Charisma, I teared up when you said the thing about wanting to be a mom. I’m 71 years old now, but that same desire was mine as well. I wish I could tell you the whole story because of the hope and fulfillment that’s part of the story. Short version: I got married at 34, couldn’t conceive but was faithful to put my hopes before the Lord passionately and determinedly, became one of the first successful tubal embryo transplant candidates in the Dallas area, delivered a set of miracle twins when I was 38 years old in 1990. Even with my twins, I continued to teach for 40 years because of my love for kids. God is faithful if we are faithful to hope and pray. And end note: My boys just turned 33 in February, and they are the finest people you’d ever hope to meet. I’ve commented before, but this one is so important…believe, pray, and believe. I’ll pray with you and for you both! With love….
Praise God! My daughter is a miracle also. God is so good.

Oh, btw, you guys had me cracking up when Cole accidentally put the red mark in the middle of Charisma’s face. The look on Cole’s face when he realized what he had done was PRiCELESS and the look on Charisma’s face as she looked at the camera each time while looking at the red dot in the middle of her face had me cracking up! At 29 you’re supposed to look young. But by the age of 29, definitely by 30, the giggly, goofy, girly persona starts getting old and hopefully tamps down, especially when kids start to arrive .Most people don’t really start looking their age until the fifties. Even then, women who take care of themselves and watch their weight can look vibrant and youthful throughout their 50s and 60s.
Vibrant and healthy in the 70s, 80s and beyond. Genetics loads the gun. lifestyle pulls the trigger. 😊
@@jazzispirit1850 Yes, but there is absolutely nothing wrong looking your age at 70, 80 and beyond. We should embrace every stage of life rather than fight it, trying to recapture youth no longer possible especially if you are physically and mentally sound.

Happy birthday, Charisma! Coming from a mommy of 2, I can’t think of anyone who would be better suited to being a mother than you! I’m looking forward to watching you and Cole grow into that season of your lives and will keep you in my prayers. Sometimes it doesn’t happen the way you expect, but it’s always a beautiful journey. We lost one pregnancy early on, miraculously conceived our daughter naturally (I have pretty significant PCOS), although we had a few health scares when she was very small, and our son was conceived with some help from a fertility specialist. However it happens, little ones are a blessing, and I hope you get to experience that at just the right time in your lives. Blessings and birthday wishes to you!
