TODAY'S RECIPE IS Orange Mousse Cake | No Bake Orange Mousse Cake | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Orange
Collect juice
Orange juice 1 cup
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Milk 1 cup
Mix well
Cook on medium low flame
Whipping cream 1/4 cup
Keep stirring
Bring it to a boil
White chocolate 1/4 cup
Food color (optional)
Melt the chocolate
Cook until thick consistency
6 inch greased pan
Keep it in the fridge until set
Milk powder
Cut with hot knife
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

@@creamycreationzbysafna7076 Yes. We found little bitter taste. I thought may be we had to remove the white part of the orange completely.

@Asha Lizzy Hi. Someone also said that theirs was also bitter. Don't know if it's the oranges. Once I prepare again I will know. If not for the slight bitter taste its really yummy. And while cutting with hot knife ,I liked the sound.
Are you sure milk won't react with orange juice and curdle ???
It's a great recipe, it looks really delicious! What I don't understand though, is why this is called MOUSSE since there is no air incorporated in the dessert, no technique whatsoever in that purpose.🤔🙁 Still a great recipe to try🤤😃!

Hi I hv a question is the texture supposed to be sticky/gummy I made this yesterday and it did not fully set or hold its shape even after 12 hours in the fridge. After taking it out of the fridge the texture still does not seem right it comes out in one piece but it does not hold its shape any idea what happened?the flavour is OK but the texture is really wierd
