IFB Solutions - Alina Garcia Ravelo, IFB's first legally blind plant manager.

Born in Cuba with Cone Dystrophy, Alina emigrated to the U.S. to pursue a master's degree in engineering. She is IFB Solutions' first plant manager who is legally blind.
"I see how many lives this organization touches because it touches hundreds and hundreds of people's lives every single day," said Alina. "For me, that's very important too, that really matters to me."
