Is it just me that the people in the first minute of this video seem more genuine, smart and fun to work with. The rest look like they are reading something from a script.
@@dangonzalezb thats because most people are lazy and lack motivation in all aspect of their sad lives so cant comprehend people being career driven or even remotely ambitious
the first half people feel more realistic and some of them are out there with personality...the rest of the video feel likes the people are fake it till they make it; to maintain that consistent image isnt normal or healthy...
KPMG or any other big 4 firm rarely solve any problem. You can get a nincompoop who's just left school or university doing some kind of audit work while he does not understand the basics of business while his Manager is getting screwed by his Partner who is just a lazy crap and sometimes a sadist sitting in an office watching over his secretary's boobs sometimes playing golf with people he hopes to lure in as a client. That's what a Big 4 basically is. But all said, a Big 4 might be a good place to work. If ever you survive the environment, you might come out a real tough guy. If not, you're doomed for life.
I love this video & KPMG! I so want to work with them as a partnership in my dream career as an Administrative Assistant. I "get it" & that's why I want to be apart of the KPMG family!

Nice video...and what they say is correct. I work with KPMG and our people are amazing. There is a strong work ethic and truly those persons shown at the beginning cannot be KPMG people.
well...we work long hours and people do complain obviously cos the pay does not equate the hours we spend and dias a lot of pressure with tight deadlines. but please understand the point i am trying to pass in my comment. KPMG people are smart, intelligent and have a can do attitude. Yes, there is a high turnover in KPMG cos people do leave for less stressful and better paying jobs but when they do go to other places, they are high fliers cos of the experience gained and the great work culture..and I repeat ' those people shown at the beginning of this video CANNOT be KPMG people. if you have that kind of attitude in KPMG, you can't cope and you would eventually be asked to leave the firm if you continue like that.
that's a nice little story, but you're trying to imply that KPMG is hard on its employees becuz their INTENT is to try to mold its employees into being better and stronger when u know that is complete and utter BS. KPMG, just like most big firms have one goal, make as much money as possible, and because of that, they exploit and overwork their employees...now I do agree, that people that come out of KPMG do end up becoming better and stronger workers, but thats not KPMG's intent, their intent is just to make money and one benefit that does come out of that for the employee is that they learn the value of hardwork... but again, thats not their intent, their intent is just to use u, so dont make them out to be the good guy here.
Just be honest, KPMG and Deloitte, and PWC are just the 'HOT GIRLS' of the world and people want to be witht hem because of reputation... nothing more, nothing less.
Take it easy...why you hating on KPMG? Yea, everybody is in business to make money..and yes partners, directors and the guys at the top all make a whole lot of money while we work our ass off...but it's not such a bad place to be...btw have you had any experience working with KPMG?? you seem to have such strong dislike
Unless you think I'm going to turn into a communist on a full moon the chance of me doing anything with ESG crap, you'd have a better chance of hitching a ride on the next Space X mission

The first minutes were like a bonus episode of the office
i swear
Is it just me that the people in the first minute of this video seem more genuine, smart and fun to work with. The rest look like they are reading something from a script.
The actors felt more real than the real people
The KPMG employees sound like drones reading some stupid script written by Human resources people.
@@dangonzalezb thats because most people are lazy and lack motivation in all aspect of their sad lives so cant comprehend people being career driven or even remotely ambitious
@@jerry89753 No, they are just reading some dumb script with HR clichés. "No two days are the same" , " everyday there 's a new challenge" 🤣
When I m watching the first part of the Video I thought wow the company really had a fun working culture 😂
the people at the beginning are much more believable and edgy, those who work at KPMG seem like automatons reading from a script
I can imagine it's like selling your soul slowly everyday and convincing yourself that you are a good person.

I want to know those people that don't work for KPMG, they sound fun.
I'm certainly Impressed by how they created such an amazing video.😊
So I suppose before 1:24 is how you would fail a KPMG interview?
Sure, visiting a gold mine is a lot of fun. Working there on the other hand...
