I just picked up 2 of the 2007 Seadoo Wake JetSki with the 4-tech engines. I’m trying to do a little maintenance first before taking them out on the water. The 2nd JetSki - I installed new spark plugs, fresh ethanol free fuel, fuel stabilizer, fired it up for about 3 mins. Went to change the oil and had found Milky oil 🫣🫣🫣. I also drained the Coolant in which oil found its way into that as well. Orange antifreeze with milky spotting of oil in the mix 🤮. Any suggestions on where to start to troubleshoot? FYI - hours gauge doesn’t even have 30 hours on it. 🤨 Possible head gasket? Maybe Oil Cooler internal rupture?
did you figure it out? the ski could have been flooded, meaning the water oil mixture was because of flooding instead of headgasket, drain all the oil, put fresh oil in, repeat for 4-8 times and you might be good
@@luis_exotics hey good afternoon hope your Fourth of July goes well and safe. I did not look at that Jetski yet. I’ve been extremely busy working overtime along with trying to close on a house so I’ve been occupied with other things, but I will give a heads up when I look further into it. But yes, I’m really curious what I find because I do not know the history of these Jetski’s other than lack of maintenance and care. Have a great day. Hope everything goes well for you and the family over this nice weekend.
Great video! Maybe you can help me with a problem I'm having on a 2013 seadoo gti130se. It has over a 1000 hours and got an overheat alarm. Turns out it had oil in the coolant but no coolant in the oil. I pressure checked the oil cooler and it didn't leak, so I decided to have the head milled and replace the head gasket. After all that work, I took it out for a test run. It was surging and wouldn't stay above 5000 rpm. Gradually though it started running normally. I was periodically checking under the seat for any leaks and all seemed good until after about 30 min I got an overheat alarm. Once again, the coolant tank overflow hose was spewing oily water, but no signs of water in the coolant. Any ideas what the problem could be??
Hard one. i would look real close at the head and cylinders for cracks. if oil cooler holds pressure i would bet a crack has formed and slowly leaks at temp. get the engine warm and pressure check coolant system see if there is a pressure drop.
Agree But i could not find a version with audio.

Replace coolant tank cap also. known to fail.
check thermostat mybe broken not opening
the thick hose that goes from the head to the waterpump, is being squeezed when i hit full throttle, so has anyone any idea if that is normal?
Noticing flex in the hose or is it collapsing ?
would be nice if there was sound !
These run total loss lubrication, thats what i would run if i had one, just use a VRO pump injecting into the intake.
