This was great Paul, and because you also showed an aspect of using Photopills to plan, i thought I'd subscribe. Brenda Petrella's Photopills lessons are great too.

Great shots. Got one from the moon and church of my town on my instgram. Waited for couple years for that moonrise and didn't do a great job. Better next time.

You explained it clearer than the guys from photopills themselves. Thanks for the video.

I use PhotoPills all the time to gauge sun/moon position but I never knew you could do that, bloody great video, thank you for sharing such useful information. 👍

Do you think the builders of Stonehenge had Photopills? We could start off a whole new alien conspiracy theory. Some American network would be sure to pick it up lol. That or you could just ask a teenage girl ..... they know everything!
You should send a copy to the church, all churches are always looking for fund raising items, with a little business card included of course.

@@paulcomptonpdphotography I just bumped into the vlog 'Lens Compression doesn't exist - Here's Why' by fstoppers; it explains it a lot better than I could, for visual learners. You'll never use the C word again :-)

@@paulcomptonpdphotography Also try this, it isn't about lens compression per se but does clearly show that focal length has no effect on size ratio from the same spot ruclips.net/video/-5dmPUABing/видео.html
