I add an electrolyte powder to water that contains 1,000 mg of potassium daily. I definitely feel a difference. On days that I feel even more energy in my body I take a little more. *I can attest that this is TRUTH!!! I had a trauma happen where I lost EVERYTHING I had!! It lead me to a group living situation. One of the ladies was NOT so kind to me when I got here. Eventually, it was revealed that we have more in common than I thought!! She, too, is on an ascension journey and is also intuitive. I now have someone that I can share my most important thoughts and feelings with. Prior to the trauma that I went through, I did not. It's funny how things work out in life!!!*
I had a headache most of yesterday and had a hard time falling asleep last night. For some reason, time seemed to creep by very slowly. But ..today begins the first day of temps in the 80s in Oklahoma and a chance of rain. I'm looking forward to cooler weather and hoping for great changes as we head into September. It's going to be a great future. ❤️

I am starting to really notice the different energies coming in, even the little ones. Last night (evening) I could feel the little spikes coming in. They make me feel like I'm being squeezed. Staying hydrated with lemon water. Peace and Blessings 🌸

Ha, so funny what you said about toddlers. I was in the supermarket earlier, and suddenly feeling like yuck in my body and thought, if I were a toddler, we would probably need a little meltdown right now? Of course, I'm a grown up and so carried on with my shopping but eesh I felt irked. And now I have a bunch of random stuff which I can't say I was expecting to buy? Having had my lunch, I still don't feel right in my body and now I'm feeling really trashed too. Not quite nauseated but something is off in me. So the thing is, how are the kids dealing with these energies? Do they feel cr4p too? Or are they less encumbered by years of... Stuff to process?
oh my goodness yesterday was an amazing day. I felt so chill. I felt productive. It was great and then this morning I just let go with some truth to my husband and said hey the drinking done I will not move forward with that in my life and I gave him an ultimatum, it was a sad thing. I’m like I don’t want to lose you, but I’m not willing to live this kind of life. It was so empowering and for the first time I think he truly believed me I do feel that way I feel like we are changing I know my body is definitely changing and I am embracing this experience. I’m not sure what it is but I’m loving it and moving forward with my face looking to God thank you Erin. You’re a special gal.
just woke with a womans voice like an "announcement" in my head, the suns getting a shift in an hour. im not sure what this means. it could be anything
Someone told me just last night that they want me to succeed, but the world does not. I swear the things I said in reply felt like a channeled message 😅 boiled it down to OF COURSE the world doesn’t! That’s the point! If you feel called to do a thing then that means you have to be authentic and throw limiting beliefs in the trash and pursue that thing. You wouldn’t have felt that if it wasn’t meant for you. Edit to add- feel the fear and do it anyway ❤
I also had a vision on waking. A man with a coat with pockets & in each pocket was a watch face - different times on each & all stopped. Then a little boy jumping up from one cloud to another saying ‘jump, jump, jump’ 3 times. Any ideas on the hidden depth anyone? 🙏🏻
