Wow, Andy Reid is brilliant! I'm trying to figure out how in the world did my Colts bring in Jeff Saturday to coach in NFL, with no experience except some high school coaching. NFL coaches have a depth of experience any knowledge of the game that non-experienced coaches cannot possess.
Head coaching experience is NOT what makes for a good head coach. When Philly hired Reid as their head coach, he had no head coaching experience. Sean McVey was a rookie head coach when he took over the Rams. There was a Time when Vince Lombardi was a freshman head coach. Love Chris and respect Andy Reid. I still believe without a doubt that Josh Allen is a better quarterback than Mahomes. Mahomes is one hell of a talent and a HOF. However, he is that way because of Andy Reid and his supporting cast. Josh Allen is more talented than Mahomes.

Mahomes still has better arm talent than Allen (although Allen might have an even stronger arm than Mahomes does, but it's too close to tell who has the stronger arm) and Mahomes is much better at decision making than Allen is.
