It’s so amazing to me how you’ve reached a point where almost no record (almost) is out of your grasp after all these years of hunting grails. I love every bit of the Zam rock content you’ve been putting out lately despite the naysayers. You continue to talk and share music very few other discuss and are helping keep the great ones alive. Keep doing you Dillon!
As you went through the 100, I swore I could smell the history of those records, the ears they massaged, the many moods soothed or kindled by them. I appreciate your content. Exposing me to what’s out there that I never knew existed. Molte grazie.
Fantastic video. Being 57 and liking music from around -65 to about -80 , I take these videos of yours as suggestions to new playlists on Spotify to blast in my headphones when I’m back in my machine after my summer vacation. I still have hope to walk in through your shop doors one day to flip the crates , yap about music and then buy you a beer afterwards. One day , Dillon. One day.
this is exactly the kind of thing the Internet was made for. I've learned a lot from your vids dillon, and now I'll learn a lot more.... fantastic watch... thank you
I love seeing collections with unique things that people have worked hard to put together, this fits that criteria and then some. Hope you keep all these together for a long, long time, they tell a heck of a story
My favorite is the Surprize Keep on truckin’ - For the music but also for the extraordinary story of the band. GREAT VIDEO - great pleasure to watch - Thanks
This is amazing! Always looking for incredible “lost” albums. Fraction Blood Moon - Just Wow!!!! Somewhere between The Doors & Sabbath but definitely unique. Keep up the great work!
INCREDIBLE......You have a lots of records that I used to listen (when I was young😀)....Farm, Morgen, Human Beast, Zerfas, Andromeda, Randy Holden, July, Moving Sidewalks , Warpig, Wedge...(Orange Wedge), Fraction etc etc.....I never thought that a young guy like you would be interested in these records. Probably my favourite record of all is....The Only Truth by Morly Grey but at the time I had only the counterfeit copy. You're lucky if You have an original one.....I know personally the guy who made the counterfeit copy ,...here in Italy, and I can assure You it's very very very close to the original.....apart (obviously) from the Christ's blood tear. To conclude.....I congratulate you....... You have excellent musical tastes 😀. GREETINGS FROM LA SPEZIA - ITALY
I knew Roky personally, and have several of his 13th Floor albums and Roky and the Aliens releases autographed. Used to have first edition of his 'Openers' book autographed but it was destroyed in Hurricane Rita in 2005. Easter Everywhere is a great pick!
I'm from Brazil and Os Mutantes-Os Mutantes (1968) is one of the best psych rock albums and the band was one of the biggest in Brazil. Kurt Cobain (Nirvana) was a fan of Os Mutantes. Great video!
dang! that was some heat!!! I'm glad that one you got from me (Manson) made the cut. I've got a pick coming up (it keeps getting pushed back) and it's good to get a refresher of what LP covers to look for.
The Linda Hoyle was my highest ranked.....I have Irish Coffee, Dog That Bit People and Hank Mob. Soul Station but second press/re issues. I always thought Ben S/T was the rarest Vertigo swirl (I have a copy!) but happy to stand corrected.....but not got the Odin swirl! Was surprised to have 42 of the list but some old re issues/new re issues and 2nd or 3rd press but cheers for a great vid and list Dillon! Its funny but I suspect here in UK I guess I find stuff much easier re British/European bands but would give my right arm for what may be $25 / junk shop finds records of US bands (as my wants book is open at 'b'.....like Big Brother Ernie Joseph, Beverly Glenn Copeland and Betty Davis as examples) that have been chasing for 45 years! Keep up the great work!
Dillon, thank you for showing to us and sharing all that info, your collection is plain amazing, most of the names are unknown, so it's the greatest excuse to start diggin'!!!
Gave an immediate thumbs up. I love your passion and love for music...is so cool. A lot of these I know and some I have only seen. The whole Zam Rock thing is something I need to check out thanks to you. You have some real rare gems. Kudos.
What an incredibly diverse & interesting collection. So many I do not know. So when are you issuing invites to come over and listen to and check these out?
The format and the way you work is great to watch, I just download them to my RUclips premium . Thanks for helping me to expand my knowledge on music 👍
Obviously the fire marshall was on standby for that 🔥🔥. Great records man! More so, high marks for the work you put into making this video. Making videos myself now, I know the amount of editing and inserts you put into this one wasn’t time friendly. And cranking a top 100 like than in under 60 minutes?!? Thanks for extra effort here Buddie! 🤘🏻
Going to work this morning, I was wracking my brain trying to remember any of the albums you were talking about. I could only remember the Gracious album. What a corker! A great album. I'm going to have to watch the video again with pen and paper there were so many great looking bands. Fantastic video.
This is kinda off subject but I once found a sealed copy of Alice in Chains 1995 album on cassette at a thrift store for 50 cents. Love this channel by the way, I've discovered a lot of new music because of you.
My greatest rarity is an album recorded by both the beatles and elvis. It was recorded in 1982 in a small town near area 81. I have the rare cover where all 5 are sitting in the nude.
Hi Dillion....... After watching your recent video I bought a few new records. I just got the Orang Utan and Truth and Janey albums in the mail yesterday. There not original pressings but vinyl re-releases but hey they sound great! I have the Parish Hall album coming in the mail now. Kahvas Jute, Andromeda and Irish Coffee next on the list. Thanks Dillion.
Fabulous set of records Dillon. So many insane records. Just today I could have a got a big one from the market. Turquoise Zeppelin in vg for £300. I thought about it briefly but a friend arrived and I passed it his way. I was thinking with my wallet rather than my head and didn't fancy the outlay. Of course in hindsight I should have got it and traded it for stuff I'd rather own. I'm guessing you would have liked to take it off my hands as I know you had to sell yours to help fund the shop. Oh well, not the first time I've made a blunder and won't be the last!
I'm from Argentina and here one of the most valued records for its music and for the design of the vinyl record wrapper is Artaud from "Pescado rabioso"
I was listening to this while updating my discogs. It's been a long time needed and I am not even done. I don't nearly have as many rare records, but it was fun to see! Missed out on that Farm reissue, but I am glad it went well! Hope to make it out to the store someday. I am in VA so it would be a bit of a trip, but I think it would be a fun one! Take care!
I have powerplant , moving sidewalks and the elevators Easter everywhere in my collection. They are rare, not too mention really good stuff. Farm is from my hometown. I have a couple friends with copies of that one. They won't turn loose of it either, dang.
Oh man, I had that Linda Perhacs when I was maybe 7 years old, got for next to nothing in a big box of pretty standard 70s rock albums. I ended up giving it away.
i think a list of the 100 most common & least valuable records in your collection (according to discog's median price, of course) would be more interesting.
I have/had many of those, including the Moving Sidewalks. Bought it in a dollar bin in small novelty store. The music was fantastic, and I have always been a ZZ Top fan. I had to sell it however, I needed the $700 more than another great record.
I always enjoy your videos. Even though most of your records are from the time of my youth, I only recognized about 5 of the albums you listed. My most valuable record is probably an original copy of the Johnny Burnette Rock and Roll Trio. I picked it up at an estate sale for $3.
I agree with you it sucks you couldn’t spend more time talking about each record. At least for me, I enjoy hearing your stories about how you found each record and what you know about each group and its members. I guess that is because I am getting back into collecting after being caught up in other things in life. I just recently got my collection back in my possession after about 7 years. My son had my collection and had acted them away in no particular order and not in the best place. Anyway, I have spent the last few weeks going through my records and checking the condition, seeing what is missing and updating my discord account. Of course I had to alphabetize everything. The next step is cleaning everything. I have over a thousand in my collection on Discogs but have a few hundred I need to list. I have 33s, 45s, and 78s. Anyway, when I am done with the cleaning I would like to talk to you about selling my collection. I really enjoy your videos. I liked the one I watched last night with you and your wife doing the trivia game. She was shocked with your knowledge as was I. So, keep up the good work and I will be in touch when I am ready to sell. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, it is appreciated.
Would love to hear more about library albums, I got a big stack of them from a defunct radio station years ago, 20 disks from 1972, and another 15 from 1979, I also have a couple from Dewolfe but I'm sure your collection would dwarf mine.
I got to speak to Randy Holden, I work for an answering service, he called one of the companies we take calls for, when he said his name, I thought, there must be a million people named Randy Holden's in the world. Part of the info we needed to ask for was an email, and when he gave it to me, I won't repeat it but it was obvious it was him, so I asked, you were in Blue Cheer? He said " How do you know about that?" It was great to speak to the man.
Thanks for the great video; a lot of fun and some memories of some of them I sold on ebay many years ago. In checking prices on Popsyche; the ones I sold 10 or 15 years ago have gone way up in value. Oh and by the way...you've got an amazing collection!
Have you ever heard of an album called Dark Light by Him. It is alternative rock. I bought a small collection and this was in it. Played it and was surprised that I liked it. Didn’t even realize that it was valuable until I did a sort on Discogs by value and it came on top of the 1200 albums I have. What is your opinion of it if you’ve heard it.
12:44 Here shown Kahvas Jute and Tamam Shud, both pretty rare aussie records. However musically it MUST be said, Tamam Shud appears FAR FAR stronger than Kahvas Jute, that for me is kind of a 75 % record. Quite good, strong blues rock tracks, nice playing, entertainig BUT not convincing as a whole lot of weak tracks, not essential and always a bit away from what these guys may likely be able to do but don't because they seem to be afraid to open the door a bit wider. - Final track at Guillotines one weak point though too
This video might as well be called albums I will never have 😆 Great stuff buddy. There's a lot of grails in this video and it's hard to pick just a few.
Welp. My best Salvation Army record was an original 1966 Canadian stereo copy of Freak Out. I paid $4 for it in VG+/M- condition. It sounds phenomenal.
Unbelievable collection as well as knowledge. Of the 100, I have only heard Bryter Layter by Nick Drake; I have the 2013 180 gm LP reissue ...does that count?!!!!
Do you know the ultra rare soulful folk rock LP 'Passenger Jail Notes'? I have a clean copy I would be open to selling. It's barely known atm with 6 ppl on Discogs claiming to have it and 60 wanting it

Love your videos can you please answer a question for me? How bad does seam splits hurt the value of the records! I have an Elvis Presley 2013 Friday Music 68 comeback special still sealed with a 7/8 of a seam split on top of the jacket so, how bad does seam splits hurt the value? Many Thanks 🙏
I'm 68 years old steeped in 50s 60s 70s pop and rock. But I only heard of maybe 2 artists. So it's apparently they are the records most valuable to you, not the collector market.
Wonderful stuff, man. So many beauties. Yeah, I think Fraction ought to be #1, and the Lazy Bones, Linda Hoyle and Moving Sidewalks ought to be more valuable than the median value. I need to do one of these!
Most people including myself have no idea who most of these artists are. But thanks for the info. I will YT them and listen to them.
It’s so amazing to me how you’ve reached a point where almost no record (almost) is out of your grasp after all these years of hunting grails. Well, there’s still a ton of records I want, but in the past few years I’ve been fortunate to be able to find sources for all this stuff!
As you went through the 100, I swore I could smell the history of those records, the ears they massaged, the many moods soothed or kindled by them. I appreciate your content. Exposing me to what’s out there that I never knew existed. Molte grazie.
Thanks so much!
Saw a ton of stuff I didn't even know existed. Now I'll be searching RUclips for fresh sounds. Thanks!
Thanks for watching! You have a great channel! 🙏

You have one day. also good top 100.
A great watch, astonishing records, I'm still hoping to find Victor Peraino's Kingdom Come, maybe one day!

Wow! what a droolfest! My tops are Danzig 777 and Dead Kennedys Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables. Amazing top 100! Thanks for sharing.
Amazing collection. Really impressive.
Dillon, thank you for showing to us and sharing all that info, your collection is plain amazing, most of the names are unknown, so it's the greatest excuse to start diggin'!!!
Dillon, great video. At least I have a (very) few records on this list, but many of these I don't even recognize. Thanks for showing them, Chris
You have turned me on to so much great music I never knew existed! Thank you!
That Farm record is sweet. Been listening to that a lot lately. Must sound great on vinyl.
Gave an immediate thumbs up. I love your passion and love for music...is so cool. A lot of these I know and some I have only seen. The whole Zam Rock thing is something I need to check out thanks to you. You have some real rare gems. Kudos.

Great list, thank you compiling this... some very interesting shiz!
That Hank Mobley record saved my life. I won’t talk about it on my channel but it’s no bullshit.
Thanks a lot for the video Dillon, makes me want to listen to new stuff :)
My greatest rarity is an album recorded by both the beatles and elvis. It was recorded in 1982 in a small town near area 81. I have the rare cover where all 5 are sitting in the nude.
The clean Zamrock is blowing my mind. :)
I really enjoyed this. Thanks for the show.
Fantastic video. Well done. Thanks!

amazing stuff dude really thanks for getting me into so much obscure music
Such an amazing list, I share a lot of your musical interests.
I didn't think I'd have any of your top 100, but I have two!
I'm from Argentina and here one of the most valued records for its music and for the design of the vinyl record wrapper is Artaud from "Pescado rabioso"

Farm is from my hometown. I have a couple friends with copies of that one. They won't turn loose of it either, dang.
Mind boggling list Dillion, it also doubles as a grail checklist for those who love awesome records.
Haha yeah thanks man!

U Asked, We Answered! Love This D! This Is Why I’m a Subscriber! I Love It All Though. Don’t Stop Brother 🙏🤘
James Thurber wrote a story called "The dog who bit people". If you can find the story narrated by Keith Olbermann, it's gold.
I'd love to hear some of this NC funk you laying down
You can stream it anywhere, and it’s on RUclips
When your 100th most valuable record is an og Elevators album you probably have a pretty kick ass collection
I have/had many of those, including the Moving Sidewalks. Bought it in a dollar bin in small novelty store.
The music was fantastic, and I have always been a ZZ Top fan.
I had to sell it however, I needed the $700 more than another great record.
Never quite managed it yet,but it must be really nice to put a rare record back in its proper cover.
I always enjoy your videos. Even though most of your records are from the time of my youth, I only recognized about 5 of the albums you listed. My most valuable record is probably an original copy of the Johnny Burnette Rock and Roll Trio. I picked it up at an estate sale for $3.

Can you do a video on rare 78's?
I got to speak to Randy Holden, I work for an answering service, he called one of the companies we take calls for, when he said his name, I thought, there must be a million people named Randy Holden's in the world. I only have 1. The mofi box. Wish you would have showed more 90s.
Wow! Some great stuff there buddy! Just curious on how many of those you found in the wild? Without a store or channel? Cheers From Italy
A handful were found out in the wild but most were trades with friends
Dude, Fabulous video! Gracious is now my favorite band. “Acid Folk” lol did you make that up?
No! It’s a thing!
That Palm label LP and that Placebo I would love to find OGs of.
Hello dear do you have info about phonograph records ,I have a lot and no one have video which are more collectible
Unbelievable collection as well as knowledge. Of the 100, I have only heard Bryter Layter by Nick Drake; I have the 2013 180 gm LP reissue ...does that count?!!!!
Dillion, love the vid , bit disappointed not to find the ''ark of the covenant'' as per the thumbnail but hey still very enjoyable 😉
Amazing video ! Thx
You are sitting on a gold mine, my friend! Blessings!
Loved this video. You have basically assigned me 100 albums to check out, man. Already pretty psyched about what I heard. Great work!
Thanks for watching! 🙏
You're eyeballs look crazy in that thumbnail👀!👀!👀!👀!😂
Killer thumbnail. btw, I finally got around to making a video for my most recent Noble Records scores and etc video.
Do you know the ultra rare soulful folk rock LP 'Passenger Jail Notes'? I have a clean copy I would be open to selling. It's barely known atm with 6 ppl on Discogs claiming to have it and 60 wanting it
Slift's 'Ummon' looks like it may have borrowed from the cover aesthetic of Victor Peraino's 'Kingdom Come'.
🔥THNX!🔥hope ur having an excellent weekend man
Loving the Canadian content here! 🇨🇦
Yesss!
My most expensive record: A mint copy of Alexander "Skip" Spence (Jefferson Airplane, Moby Grape), 'Oar' (1969). It's worth £700+. Apparently it only sold about 1000 copies upon release.
Edwin Birdsong Supernatural has eluded my collection for decades. Do you have one?
Take a drink everytime a record is described as, incredible
Love your videos can you please answer a question for me?
How bad does seam splits hurt the value of the records!
I have an Elvis Presley 2013 Friday Music 68 comeback special still sealed with a 7/8 of a seam split on top of the jacket so, how bad does seam splits hurt the value?
Many Thanks 🙏
damn i gotta listen to some of these! great vid
i have a mint 'sticky fingers' album'. i would like to know how much it is worth ???
I'm 68 years old steeped in 50s 60s 70s pop and rock. But I only heard of maybe 2 artists. So it's apparently they are the records most valuable to you, not the collector market.
Hi live in the UK and I have come across a 1965 Beatles mono that as been a garage forany years ,do you know what it's worth, thanks
Wonderful stuff, man. So many beauties. Yeah, I think Fraction ought to be #1, and the Lazy Bones, Linda Hoyle and Moving Sidewalks ought to be more valuable than the median value. I need to do one of these!
Yes sir! Would love to see it!
