Cuban President Fidel Castro arrived in Hanoi on Friday (8/12) for
his first visit since 1973. After flying from China, he stepped
off a special jet at Noi Bai Airport and was driven to the
presidential palace for a formal welcoming ceremony.

And police man forbidd any kind of union of worker. I personally know some body from Peiking university . He support a protest of workers in Shenzhen and got arrest for that when a go to the street and hold a painting of Mao.

From the war to the end of the war, the post-subsidy period in the late 1990s Cuba was still devoted to providing human and property aid, vaccines, milk sugar ... to the Vietnamese people. I remember in the years 2004 and past there was a tetanus epidemic, Delta muscle atrophy. Most of the young Vietnamese from 1980-2000 had a scar on their left arm from injecting doses of vaccines sponsored by their Cuban brothers. We Vietnamese people are always like that, good friends with me in return. The whole world probably has Cuba half way around the world, but always help to aid Vietnam without ever calculating or worrying. It is also partly because of help and aid to Vietnam that Cuba has been embargoed by the US until now. We can live in peace, grow up healthy, thanks to a part of Cuba's efforts, so we are very grateful to them. And Vietnam-Cuba is blood brothers. Thank you to the Cuba people and the Cuba government for always standing shoulder to shoulder with Vietnam.

The north was communist and the South was a puppet state that one way or another would fall into communist hands. The only good way out was American occupation. America only occupies and steals resources from the Middle East. For countries in East Asia, the US wanted independent powerful trade partners and allies to deter China, which Vietnam would have most likely been had it allowed that. But one must understand that no countryman would ever surrender their country to a foreign power. So yes, Vietnam's loss, but also very understandable.
