@@split_pin I saved rather many hours of searching for the problem because nobody wants to deal with such issues. On top of that, there are fewer and fewer people who keep these old cars alive.
@@cristians3363 Great to hear. I would not even bother with a garage for this kind of problem as they wouldn't have a clue. In my case, a new relay would have cost me £115.
Good afternoon. I opened and closed the hood of my audi 80, now it always has the 4 headlights always on. you can tell if it has to do with the hood. now if you have a module you can tell where it goes. thanks
Av got one window and a door lock to fix in the Skoda. Nothing worse than relays going. Did the fuel pump one on the Skoda too don't think it was water in ingress but think it was burnt out blew contacts off it.👌👍 nice one mate good fix
@@split_pin that's exactly what is going on with my Audi 80 B4. sometimes they don't work, buttons don't even light up. Most of the time if i open and close driver door they start working. is it still linked to relay?
Thank you, mate! I did exactly as you, and it worked perfectly. On my Audi, the number on the relay was 343, but the problem was the same.
Cheers, I'm glad it was of use to you and hopefully saved you some money.

Thanks for the video. Now I know what to look for if the windows makes trouble. 👍

The windows would take ages to wake up which was more annoying than them not working at all 😂

@@chrismasters7373 For the chance of a free fix I'd say it's worth opening up the relay and checking it 👍
@@split_pin thank you
@@chrismasters7373 Let me know if it works!
