I'm a bit late to the update, but I'm glad I didn't forget, your videos are so chill and laid back, they make for a good watch for sure. With the "hmu and I'll toss you the keys" thing you gave such a 2010 RUclips vibe. :)
Such a bittersweet story with the car swap, although you didn't seem very enthusiastic about the red interior so I'm glad you're happy with what you've got now. :) I said the red on silver was top notch spec, but now that I see this one I feel like this is not just classier, less going on etc. but just better in general. Shitton of red on the doors, the center tunnel etc. might've been a bit too much, seats and some door details just like this one in white would've been better now that I think abt it. The biggest conclusion that I have out of these two is that the silver paint is the key. Car's lines just shine so good with that paint job and the sharp front LEDs match the car in this colour wonderfully.
I'm waiting for new videos. Just figured out through the comments you have an ig as well so I hope for some updates there as well.

oh my the interior from the launch edition would go SO NICE with the iridium sliver 🔥 and oh recording on GoPro sounds like too much work especially if it’s on your head and making sure the video will look good but the recording from your iphone was really nice 👍 thanks for the video it was for sure a therapy hearing that v8!!! ❤

Great car! I have the same silver/white but have the stock Enkai wheels which I preferred over the BBS wheels. I live in Texas and after waiting for 6 months and no cars, I found one in LA area and they gave me a good deal. Payed to ship it to Texas. Keep the vids coming.

Great videos buddy - I have the iridium with a red interior, like you I wasn't hot on it at first but it's grown on me. I am thinking about doing the RR Racing Bazooka exhaust. Curious if you could provide more commentary on the drone at low RPM that you mentioned?

Doesnt sound like a mustang, but definitely sounds like a 5.0 V8. Just has a sound to it that's related to the coyote.

I beat the hell out of my ISF and it takes two oil changes before I have enough oil in my AOS for me to empty it.
Absolutely gorgeous car!!! Congrats on earning it. Maybe I missed it but what brand of exhaust (or is it custom)? I'm hoping to own one of these within 3-5 years and an exhaust will be my first (and one of my only) modifications for the 500F

@POVIEWS My 1st was the LE & 2nd one was a '23 Ultra White black leather. Got top $ trade-in at Lexus dealer. My current Infrared with white leather is unique.

I’m in Fresno, CA. David is the man. You’ll be happy with the 500. However the 350 is an awesome car as well.
Hows the drone with the exhuast if you are in eco with the valves closed? Really want a catback for mine, but seems like most had obnoxious drone
It’s great. Very little drone. Haven’t had my wife or kids complain the few times they’ve been in it for trips to the coast.
I’ve heard that the Tom’s has more drone. From an owners perspective that has a Tom’s. However, I’ve also heard an owner with a GT-haus state he switched from the RR to the GT-haus because of drone issues.
I’ve been extremely happy with this system for the money.
I can't decide on an is500 or a gx550. Two completely different cars! I feel the gx550 is more modern and provides more raw value for the money. But the is500 looks so 🔥 and that engine! The biggest thing holding me back with the is500 is the dated interior. It just feels like I'm buying an old car

Get the IS500 if you plan on keeping for more than 5 years. Get the GX550 if you don’t keep cars longer than 3 years. 🤟🏼 you can’t go wrong with either choice.

@@POVIEWS yep. The circuit is pretty bright and kind of orangey. I just went black/caviar. Still in break in but I’m trying to get those miles up! Great car.
Do you need a small spare battery for the camera and radar? I have a Honda accord and have to unplug mine or it’ll drain the battery.
I have it hard wired in. No battery issues as of yet.
how did you hard wire the uniden? was it through a tap into the driver fuse panel?
I didn’t wire it. Bought the hardwire kit and paid to have installed.

How long did it take for RR processing to finish? I pretty much ordered everything you have about 11 weeks ago. Slowly dying inside waiting and your vid just executed me lol
It took quite awhile. I kept getting the run around. I honestly won’t deal with them again. I found out they don’t even manufacture the exhaust. PPE out of Arizona does.
Congrats on the car. I know how it feels to be stuck waiting for your parts.
Damn, 11 weeks?? What are you waiting for? I just ordered the chassis brace and its being sent out after 2 days. I also ordered the full exhaust system but that says 4-6 weeks to ship out :/
@@jesadakangromklang1408 I got basically everything for the IS5 except for the brace. Some stuff actually came in a reasonable time when it was an in stock item like the intake parts. The full exhaust is what took the longest so good luck, funny enough mine just came in an hour ago and I got the email this morning. No other communication from RR on shipping. Comes in 2 boxes, one with the midpipe and the other is axleback.
I thought these cars that comes with the DHP comes with all black side view mirrors.
Not sure this has the DHP, I believe that only applies to 350’s. The 2024’s will have the blacked out mirrors.
a lot of channels just use their phones. The quilty isn't that far from a gopro nowadays.

I think they might sound the same since theyre both v8's that rev to 7k+

I believe some dealers add mark ups. I paid MSRP for the first one. Paid a little over invoice for this car. Which was nice 👍🏼

Wow, what a funny story with the dealership damaging it. Really convenient with the bumper separation thing that's been happening. 😂
Also, re: Custom Mode - really handy. I have mine setup for Sport everything - which is deceiving. It has the chassis from Sport S+ but the drivetrain from Sport S. Sometimes S+'s drivetrain is a bit much. When I am in the mountains I like having the Sport S calibration but still retaining the stiffer suspension.

Car feels the same. Nothing noticeable. I believe the car has about 2” in length to squeeze in the V8. But don’t take my word for it.

Agreed. Roja red is such a better color interior. Has a dark tone to it. Less red plastic would have helped as well.

Slides in snow .. way overpriced… impossible to get in and out without hitting head. Dashboard display difficult to read. Cd player and outdated controls. Razor thin tires. Way way way way overrated,overpriced. Comes with absolutely horrible tires.
