I have did this job,as per my experience in this job very harassment you have to abide.i have worked for 6 month in bpo and my work was attending inbound calls(incoming calls) of housing loan company and my salary was 9150.my office time was 9am to 6pm.In bpo center your tolerance, precious, and hard work are require.profit is doing work in bpo center you can improve your communication skills, practical knowledge and earn money in early age but also you are westing your time because in bpo center same work you have to do and salary improvement is flat
8-9 k are given to those who are working in domestic bpo(Hindi, Marathi). In international bpo you can get upto 25k. I am 26 year old managing at 18 k. Life is hell😅
Mostly youngsters with no family responsibilities do these jobs in either local firms or MNC because it's like an extension of college life where you do all the fun and get enough salary for survival.
