I used this recipe for wings yesterday in my new Ninja Woodfire Oven. It was hard to for me to find a recipe for wings in this oven because everything is geared toward the Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill or Air Fryer. That being said, I used 2 lbs of wingettes and cut the BBQ sauce in half. I still had plenty. They took just under 1 1/2 hrs to cook at 250, but I left them in another 30 minutes to add the sauce as directed. They were fall off the bone EXCELLENT! Beware the sauce does have a bit of a kick, but my husband and I like it that way. I made a homemade blue cheese dressing/dip to offset the bite in the sauce. This recipe was easy to follow and definitely a keeper. Thank you for a great recipe and presentation.
Thank you for the recipe and the clear instructions! I can't wait to try it! One question; (because I may have missed it); I know that you have it set for the smoker setting, but what temperature did you have it set for?

It automatically is at 250 when you select the smoker setting. I hope that you liked them!
It’s hard to beat the air fryer for wings when you consider time and ease
