Last little question ^^ I would like to buy myself a whole salmon soon to practice making fillets. But I don't know how to store them properly afterwards :/ Some curing them with salt, others salt then vinegar and then in the freezer It's a bit confusing :/ Thank you very much!
1st of all thank you for being SushiLoversFamily with SMS! 🌸🌺 if you have Sushi & Sashimi grade Salmon no need to do anything you can make portion and keep in freezer! If not to kill bacteria and parasite you can use salt first and then deep in vinegar then wash with running water then make portion, keep in freezer. Also easy way is if you have fast freezing machine then you do froze till 48 hours in -20°C. I hope you got it Thank you again Have a sushi day 🤲🙏
