Just a point for you ginger shots. When adding turmeric you should also add a pinch of black pepper as it increases your body’s ability to absorb the curcumin in turmeric x

Did you just start with small amounts in a couple of envelopes then managed to build from there?? ❤️
Hey yeah I did! If you go back to my first video (slightly embarrassing) but I had much fewer envelopes and goals. After two years I’ve grown to a set up which really works for me. It’s down to sucking it and seeing what works for you, and don’t be afraid to change things up if it’s not working!! Good luck xx
