Oscar Mayer Wienermobile: The History and Current Look at the Iconic Weenie

What a treat it is for Kendall to finally see the famous Oscar Mayer Wienermobile in person. The iconic giant weenie will make you smile everytime you see it. Let's go along with Kendall as he looks at this unique piece of Americana, and even learn the story behind the vehicle. The West Coast Hot Doggers give a great overview of this unique vehicle and how Oscar Mayer uses it to spread joy.
Join Kendall as he and his friend, the video camera, take you on an adventure. The autistic artist, graphic designer, and filmmaker shares some of his favorite places to visit as well as places he’s always wanted to check out. Normally not overly social, he comes to life when he has a conversation with the camera and his viewers. Kendall starts the adventures with a history lesson where you are bound to learn something new. His history includes historic photos that feel like a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Growing up he loved to watch episodes of Huell Howser's "California's Gold" on PBS, all types of content in the History Channel and had a favorite book titled "Weird California" about strange places to visit. Like Huell, he’ll explore places we are all familiar with, some we've always wondered about, and some you’ve never heard of. Let’s go on a learning adventure!

I love surprises! It looks like you didn't expect to see the Wienermobile. Thank you for great reporting. My favorite point, though, is the Wienerschnitzel burn at the end. Put the Wiener Whistle on the back board in your studio so we can all see it.

I've seen it several times in my life, but I didn't realize they keep changing the vehicle. In the 80's I got to ride on it in Santa Cruz.
