Excellent picking to get this open on camera. I was under the impression that this loto had all standard pins, however you mentioned feeling serrated pins. Have you gutted this loto to confirm this. Thanks for participating in #LotoLockTuesday, cheers
That’s great! Keep at it and you’ll get it! It took more attempts than I can remember to understand the feedback from these locks. I have a red one that took forever to figure out - literally jumped up out of my chair when I finally popped it! 😅
Abus got in to a contest with paclock... I'm a new picker but I have an opinion about that... it's a compliment since the lock is to keep people out but boy do I agree. These are not "fun" to pick. Before I knew this I got ten of them thinking they'd be fun practice locks. Haven't gotten a one open yet. The abus at least feels as if it's difficult by design and good construction...the craplock feels as if it is poorly constructed and accidentally got to be pick resistant because the parts don't fit together. I'm a new picker so I'm glad to see people who know what they're doing use multiple picks on the same lock and that they also appear to bitch pick their way past difficult pins. Someone on reddit said they had a "pick once and never look at again" bucket for annoying locks like the craplock and apparently the 74/40. Mine will be going in to that bucket on their way up to the black hole of ebay. Nice job sticking with that little clown.
@@shadroid 😅 buddy I feel this completely. If you look at the paclock 90A it’s a better picking experience compared to the 90A Pro which is obviously a joke. But I wouldn’t recommend wasting money on either. The abus may be difficult by design but the aluminum body makes it feel very similar in a very bad way to the Paclocks. Crunchy dead feedback. I definitely have several annoying “one and done” locks that once I got them open I’ve never even considered picking again. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a great comment! 😀
Fab-U-lous Joe 👍
Lovely little lock
All the best to you and yours 👍 🍻🍻🍻
Thank you! Very happy to have gotten this one on camera! 🍻🍻
Great fight!!! Well done!!!
🐈⬛🐾🐈🐾👏👏👏👏
Thanks Chris! 😀
Great fight with this tough LOTO 👍 well picked 👏
Thanks buddy 🙂
I find the 74/40 even more difficult than the 76/40.
Those locks are a serious pain. Great picking for the open. TruckinA!!!
Thanks man and thank you again for this fantastic addition to my collection!
@@JoePicksLocksport you're more than welcome.

@@JoePicksLocksport It is such a tight keyway. I'm gonna keep at it
Wow, very niche picking as usual. Good you stuck with it till the end.
Keep up the gread videos!
Thank you my friend!
They can be very tricky.
Nice open. I still think you did it in a good time.
I struggled to open my other 74/40 (even had the more open keyway) for ages 😅

i have had one these in orange too ...openened mch harder locks but my 74/40 still puts up the good fight not a single open
Such stubborn locks - I honestly feel like I got lucky with this one. 😅
Anybody know if combs or bypass tools work on these?
@@Zacchaeusify I honestly haven’t tried. I don’t have a comb bypass tool with enough teeth! 😅
