I just became a dealer for Gallagher guitars, & to say I'm excited is an understatement. Jake & I discuss our first impressions of this Doc Watson model with an upgraded Adi top.

Thanks for giving Gallagher a shoutout!!! I do the finish work for Gallagher, and the secret is to play Primus and Doc Watson songs while spraying nitro. Works every time.
I did a short documentary on the reopening in 2020, and had interviewed Don Gallagher in the 1990s. I was so blown away ( especially by their Bluegrass Bell line)…I had them make me a adi/walnut 12 fret slope D. You can’t find a nicer group of people to hang out with.
wow great video guys thanks for the content and Dave and the guys at Gallagher has transformed this company into a guitar company that is going to make people think hard about what to purchase I have 2 Bluegrass Bells and I love them im a guitar builder my self so that says something about the quality of craftsmanship they are doing Dave is a great guy and the people he has working with him are great to buy with confedence you can't go wrong
David, his wife Reina and the entire crew at Gallagher Guitar Co. have done and continue to do an exemplary job. David and Reina are fantastic people. I bought a mid 2022 production Jumbo70 Gallagher last year and it's a joy to play and sounds amazing. I hope you guys have great success as Gallagher dealers. 🙏👍
I love Gallagher and the tone is perfect. If that plays as nice as it sounds …… then Wow!
Gallagher is making good guitars. Martin may be the oldest guitar company in the USA. But there are small boutique dealers making guitars that surpass Martin quality and a much more reasonable price. Boucher, Borgouis, Santa Cruz, etc. They just don't have the exposure that Martin does. Martin produces so many guitars you'll find them in most guitar shops. But even then many are the cheaper made in Mexico Martin's that you'll come across.
Which two notes?
The open D and G strings, like you play in a G run.
