Cuzzy's Ice Cream Parlor - outta ice cream - sad customer.
On 11.22.23 a customer (from Detroit!) was looking forward to that Philadelphia specialty - a uniquely special handcrafted ice cream at Cuzzy's Ice Cream Parlor, 618 South 5th Street, Phila. Pa. 19147. Her grief was sought to be tempered by the understanding it was temporary, due to motor failing in the ice cream machine and that Cuzzy was working 24/7 to remedy the issue.
