I had 3 guppies and all three died. They got stringy white poop 1st, then swam all swishy, and finally, their tails clamped. I changed the water, cleaned small aquarium completely. I got 2 more guppies, now they have Ling stringy poop after only one week!
It seems there is a problem with their food, and your tank has poor water quality. Change the water regularly and pay attention to the amount of food, your fish tank will be more stable and better.
My crayfish is having this same problem as well

You should move the sick fish to the hospital tank for treatment, which will save you a lot of time

These can be signs of skin diseases, you should put them in the hospital tank for treatment, change the water in the main tank to reduce the rate of disease spread.

maybe you are confusing pregnant guppies with sick guppies, look at her belly for anything unusual
