STARTING a BUSINESS in SA? THEN WATCH THIS!!!! Explained by Tshepo Kgadima!
In this video I explain STEP by STEP what the process is of starting a business in South Africa giving you a roadmap of how the process works.
How to be an entrepreneur as a young person.
Sharpening your tools not only in business but in your habits its super important if you want to become an entrepreneur. Think about the goals you should be creating for yourself.
Imagine what it would be like working on your own time.
According to Tshepo Kgadima there are key traits natural born entrepreneurs have stemming from an early age.
Speaking from his own experience of working a 9-5 to his journey to entrepreneurship, Kgadima makes the case that being an entrepreneur isn't something that be taught. Though there are skill sets you can learn through workshops, speaking engagements and courses, he argues that the determination, motivation and dedication is something you either have or you don't.
Before his success as entrepreneur and analyst, he ignored many signs that he wasn't meant to be an employee and through survival skills and taking a leap of he is now successful as an entrepreneur.
You've probably heard the word "Entrepreneur" thrown around a lot in business. It conjures images of Elon Musk, Bill Gates, or Oprah Winfrey. But, it goes way beyond that. In this episode of Whispers Of Wealth , Tshepo Kgadima helps us to figure out who Entrepreneurs are, and what that title actually means.
Tshepo Kgadima reveals financial management & business ideas to become an entrepreneur in Africa. Kgadima, a well established entrepreneur, has long been known for his astute financial management and entrepreneurial skills. Recently, he has shared some of his personal finance and business ideas that he believes can help individuals and businesses in Africa achieve financial freedom and maximize profits. Kgadima has emphasized the importance of financial education and sound financial management practices to create sustainable wealth.
One of the key themes in Kgadima's financial advice is the importance of managing one's personal finance effectively. He believes that individuals should focus on saving and investing wisely to build wealth over time. Kgadima advocates for a long-term approach to personal.
The dream of becoming an entrepreneur is extremely common. Putting the plan in action requires many things, most importantly: a really great idea. But where do really good ideas come from? Our unhappiest moments…
The state of entrepreneurship in South Africa has changed yet we hear very little about that narrative. So much has happened and is currently happening to change this landscape therefore we need to start engaging with process we have made.Instead of saying there are no black owned competent businesses, we need to ask where are they and what support do they need.
The path of entrepreneurship can be a lonely one to travel at times.
One of the problems is that the people(friends, family, etc) around you
won't really understand what you do, that means everything you do will be questioned. So you really have to know your product or service that you want to provide.
Everybody has their own path to success, so don't compare yourself to anyone. Successful people didn't achieve their success easily, they faced many challenges and they had to persevere.
Success is not easy, it will mean not spending a lot of time with friends and family. You have to be prepared to walk alone because this is your journey, but if you can push hard and not give up, greatness will be waiting on the other side.
A small Business can be a success, a small business doesn't have to stay small. Kgadima challenges the African business community as a whole to help grow these entrepreneurs as most businesses need capital and other forms of support from the more well established businesses and for bankers to play their part. As a continent Africa can become an economic giant of the world.
