Nobody discuss a solution on racism. Many people don't care about individual racism. It doesn't have a deep impact. However, we must identify the systematic racist groups. They are cancer to a society. We acknowledge and identify them publicly who they are and their agenda. The infuential public figures should announce against these thugs as well.

The belief that people of different races are inferior is a convenient way of furthering the goals of who you perceive as you and yours, perhaps. I'm reluctant to believe racism's existence is primarily based upon stupidity. It looks equally, if not more so, due to a mix of fear and greed. I mean it takes a major sleight of your own hand to believe that someone of different physical features is at all less than, or for that matter, greater than yourself. Thus I feel if stupidity is involved, it is often that of the willful variety.

Have to correct his racism definition a little bit. Maybe because Murray and Lex are western so their experience mainly with racism happening in western world, but antisemitism is not the only racism where its based on racial hate on a race they think it is superior. There are actually similar racism happening in South East Asia against Chinese, where its so similar to antisemitism. Chinese is seen as superior race but hated. Its easy to see why. Its based on wealth disparity. Sooner or later Asian American will face the same racism, as we can see that there are lots of anti asian hate violence currently happening in America (which is ironically mainly done by black and hispanic people, other minorities), and Asian American has the highest average income in America.

In my opinion we are all brothers and sisters (children of the earth), but I also think a fundamental difference in the way a persons brain works is much more of a deviation than the color of skin. I raise rabbits, but they arnt different races just because they are different colors, but if one of them was the rabbit version of Nickolas tesla or Jesus, I would call that a new race🤣.

Jordan Petterson definition of Racism is attributing the negative attributes of a group to the person , i have been trying to define what is racism , its actions and is it perhaps part of the human DNA ie to protect the group from other groups, thus protecting the DNA to be passed on to the next generation and i still struggle to find and clearly understand this subject and why it has been around for thousands of years through all cultures. And what is race ? And if it is part of the DNA then it will be impossible to erradicate racism - I understand why a women will not walk past a man perhaps with hood at night but 99% of men are not rapist, i understand avoiding walking past a group of teenagers again with hoods but not all teenagers are knife wielding. These are not racist actions these are sterotyping based on a percieved threat. but then were does that percieved threat come from - gossip /media ? i hope that all makes sense as said i struggle with the lack of logic with this subject.

Our role until then is to keep this train on the track. There is not a canonical work on racism, but I would recommend a few great works on antisemitism, especially anthology edited by Albert Lindemann & a magnificent book by late author and journalist Walter Laqueur. Most other works (Wistrich etc.) are very flawed.

This interview is worthless. 1. racism is about race, i.e. different looks. One can harbor contempt & animosity to other groups which are racially the same- for instance, let's imagine, Danes for Slovaks. But this is only nationalism, not racism. 2. Murray doesn't distinguish between racial consciousness & racism. For instance, there is nothing wrong with Italian or Norwegian national consciousness which says-"it's we, and not you". Extreme nationalism or chauvinism is another thing. 3. as far as antisemitism (or, more precisely, anti-judaism)- Grossman's novel is a clear example of Jewish delusion & a lack of self-criticism: for Grossman, a Jew, Jews are always blameless & eternal victims for whom others somehow, without any reason, harbor suspicion & aversion. Another is Gregor von Rezzori, who wrote a novel about the mentality of antisemites, which is completely delusional & bogus. For Rezzori, Jews are morally superior beings whom others envy because of their success & all around superiority. A worthless &utterly tendentious novel. And, as far as "Life and Fate" goes, this is not a great novel. It is a sprawling old fashioned baggy monster which contains many great passages, but, overall is - a mess. All in all - a shallow & tendentious piece of interview.
