The video was very helpful. I was stuck while creating a "new TAG", I didn't see "GA4 Configuration" in the tag types, I could only see Google Tag and Event I guess. After much digging and rewatching the video to see if I missed any step, I realised, through a google support article, that "GA4 Configuration" has been renamed to "Google Tag" I hope this helps anyone who got confused like me.

In this tutorial you select as a trigger 'All Pages - Page Views', but in the support documentation it recommends using 'Initalization - All Pages'. Is it correct that the only difference between these is that Initialization is designed to fire first? Are there any other considerations or differences involved?
What happens if you install the google tag manager (which fires the page_view event) and in parallel you also install the GA4 java script snippet that you get from the GA4 installment instruction? Will you see page_view twice?
What happens when setting up GA4 on a real website, do I need developer access to be able to link Gtag manager? I can't find where to paste head and body of Gtag snippets. Pls help

The noscript code should be placed "immediately after the opening of body tag" but at 5:05 of this video Matt places it before closing the body tag? Why ?!?!
Also noticed this. My guess is that the noscript tag provides some alternate means of tagging if user has javascript disabled. I would think Google says to put it before the content in the so that it can do something before the DOM is parsed. Not sure though. I'm definitely used to pasting code snippets just BEFORE the tag so that's probably why he did that and it caught me off guard as well. His implementation is simple so it doesn't matter, also I don't think he's going to cover the "what if user has javascript turned off" scenario because let's be real half the web wouldn't work without it. Would love to see a correction or response to this comment though!
We have several landing pages, for different products, aimed at different audiences. Should we create an account for each landing page in Google Analytics? Or do we just create a different account and data stream for each landing page?

I used to be able to view countries and cities on the geographical maps feature, but since Google updated Google Analytics I haven't been able to figure how to do it now. It used to be able to click a country on the World map and it would close in on the country/city.

I have been stuck on this all day long and I still don't get it. There is no "GA4 Configuration" option in my interface like this video has. The Google Tag option does not have an input field for "Measurement ID". The guy in this video did everything perfectly. He's great at explaining everything, but whoever left this video up after the interface changed made a huge mistake. I can not find any new videos that are updated to explain this.

I need to know what is the difference between the google tag created in the conversion tap in google ads while creating a new conversion tracking and the Google tag created through Tag manager. I created one tag while creating the conversion tracking but I can't find it in tag manager. Actuality, it's a blank new account in Google Tag Manager, and none of what I didn't is showing there, while I'm getting all the events metrics and statistics in Google Analytics. Already old. There's no more Google Analytics GA4 config tag. Now there's a combination of google Tag and Google Analytics GA4 Event.
I think the policy seems to be create stuff and let the users figure it out for themselves 😅😂

It depends on how your website was built. If you're using a CMS like WordPress, there is probably a plugin for Google Tag Manager.
It's a nightmare, and I think they know it.

'Install Google Tag Manager' from the website says to use the taps on top of and , but the video adds it to the bottom. What is the difference?
