Hello to all my wonderful cake decorators and cake lovers!
As promised, the complete tutorial for this wonderful Frozen Castle Cake.
I love this model because there is no need for a perfectly dressed fondant cake as all the decorations will be "Hiding " any possible imperfection.
So this is a fairly easy yet impressive Cake. That will leave mouths open saying WOOOOOOOW!

hola! una vez que le echo el sirup a cake cuanto tiempo puede estar fuera de la nevera. gracias
Hola Wanda !, Depende de muchos factores, por ejemplo el clima, la temperatura de la pieza, etc. Muchas veces yo no uso sirop dependiendo de la receta que estoy utilizando ..pero seguro 2-4 horas sin problemas si hablamos de un ambiente fresco y al interior , ya que el fondant protege bastante la torta al interior.

Hola Wanda, Recetas a base de aceite (Red velvet, Zanahoria, entre otras) normalmente funcionan muy bien sin humectarlas sin syrup. También algunas cake mixes.

Beautiful cake but why not use water or piping gel as glue. Crisco is nasty if not mixed into something (i.e icing)
