Can you tell me how much quantity of ingredients you have taken to make the sponge,n how much cream is used in it,I'm.new at baking I either make less or lot.plz reply as I want to make for my daughter birthday which is next Friday.

Cindy Boor yes it is slightly off centre so that i can get some space in the front for designing.
Did you let your cream set before you used the chocolate drizzle?
Wow.. amezing..I live in New Jersey, it is cold here but the shapes I make from chocolate get soften the room temperature , which chocolate have you used here?

yes a heavy whipping cream
But when I use this diary cream...It is much stabilized as non diary cream..
What i have used is a non dairy cream
ok...thanks for your reply..Actually I stay in US and we dont get here this non diary cream.So any option else then this?
u can use a dairy cream that contains more than 36% fat...cream which doubles in quantity when whipped
