No, pretty sure it's because it's a live feeding, and not a frozen and thawed feeding. Live feeding is completely unnecessary, sadisticly unnecessary for the prey and potentially very harmful for the snake. I've got 7 snakes myself, and even if live feeding was legal here, I still wouldn't see any reason to do it.
@@TooTrue22-24 hey man, I gotta make sure... Do you know what a safari is? Because I'm very curious as to how a safari justifies this here. And do you do this in your local courtroom as well? You should not feed live. Frozen/thawed is safer and less likely to carry diseases. A live rodent can bite or scratch which can cause fatal infections.
I'm not really against live feeding but I understand why they do it. They want to discourage it. Personally I would never live feed but I don't tell others how to live their lives. Really for me, the thing that I am upset about in this video, is the snakes enclosure. Snakes need to be able to stretch out, I doubt that snake can in there. But even that may not be worth complaining about as I let my snake out of it's enclosure quite often to just roam around in my room, I make sure there is nothing it can hurt itself on or anywhere I can sneak off too before letting it out, and it just spends time exploring around.
