    The bravery of the Chill Boys in those after hours, asking honestly the questions most people are too afraid to ask their boss. Invalubale. And precious for leaders too to see how the people working for them actually perceive the world. Love After Hours. Thank you all.

    Wow I like this kind of video more than the hour long broad discussion ones a lot of the time.
    It is straight to the point and I don't have to search around the video hoping to hear the main point I want to learn about.

    From personal experience. I notice that more outspoken people in the office get a lot more recognition and pull (even if they are delusions of grandeur).
    Politics will likely take you further than talent, skill & experience.

    Working on myself I found that spirituality was my missing piece. I’m now a Christian and thank the Lord every day for the position I’m in. The rest just comes from having faith and enjoying my job and life.
    Don’t just find motivation in randomness. Find Jesus and things will come together in your life.

  • @Digital.Done.Right.
    @Digital.Done.Right. 5 лет назад +1

    Nope. Gotta disagree although you will never see this comment since you are emotionally unattached. True that just being attached to something and clinging to it for the sake of "it's mine" is not a good trait but we need more people in industries with emotions to teach others that they matter. An object without a feeling is like a brick. You can get another brick on the next corner. This comment is from a long-time follower of the channel and supporter.

    • @thefutur
      @thefutur  5 лет назад

      Hey Andrew, this conversation has been cut down for brevity, so the entire context is not there. The idea of attachment represented here is being fond of (the past) or an imagined (future). The task is to be present, remain clear in your mind so you can see/hear what is said vs. what you expect.

    • @thefutur
      @thefutur  5 лет назад

      Andrew, Chris here. Appreciate the comment and viewership. In this context it’s most about “holding onto” what isn’t there. It can skew our perspective and create bias or disappointment.
      Buddha-suffering comes from attachment.
      It’s not to say I don’t have emotion or that I don’t empathize.
      A brick would be unbearable to watch.
