- In this unboxing and product review I try out another optic from Cyelee. I have reviewed one of their sights before and was impressed. For a budget friendly optic these seem to be well made, hold zero and work. While they might not be a "go to war" optic like a Trijicon, they seem to be well suited for range, plinking and casual use.

They are more than adequate, and probably your best choice if you don't wanna spend the money on a holosun. I've had mine soaked from shooting in the rain with no issues, and it holds zero perfectly. Would recommend over a vortex red dot.
They stop working after a month of use. Cyelee optics says they are for airsoft use and toss your warranty in the trash.

I have the calf actually 2 and I have NOOOOO problems with them and they have shake awake great optic for the price and for offset. Great videos as always

I appreciate your review, Jason. I got this optic two days ago from Amazon. I recently purchased Taurus GX4, and I wanted to get a budget optic for a budget firearm. Hopefully, in the next couple of weeks - I’ll be able to test it all out. Thanks again, Jason.

Did you ever get it on the gx4 did it hold zero? And hold up with time?
I’ve just received one and mounted it to my PSA Dagger S. This red dot was referred to me by a friend who has one on the same pistol and he really likes it. Gonna head to the range , hopefully today, and get this zeroed in. This is my EDC, so I hope it works well, if not - next stop is a Holosun 507C.

1k rnds through them so far , no issues. 124 grain fmj CK9 ammo... Really spicy stuff!

I have a Cyelee CT2 on my PSA Dagger with over 600rnds down range holds zero perfect.
They seem well built

I'm still unsure on red dots on pistols at least for daily carry
The jury is still out with me too. I will probably always prefer iron sights a little more

Why would it not be a go to war red dot? Let’s say one tests and uses on the range for more than 2000 hrs with no issue, what time frame would you consider is required to be a go to war red dot?
2. You say if placed on a larger caliber firearm it may not hold zero. How do you know? Maybe you should have said it may or may not, because the way you phrased it, you’re making it sound like you’re certain it won’t. Just saying.
Good review. My only issue with this red dot is the same as you, a minor one. I wish the clicks were more felt and pronounced. I have it on a PSA dagger 9MM.
You make a good point and maybe I did not word it the best. I appreciate your insight and I will take that into consideration when reviewing future optics.

You stated that you used the screws provided by FN. Are you talking about the ones that came with that specific pistol or screws from another FN pistol??
The ones that came in the package with the optics plates.
Only had it 7 months. And the horizontal sighting screw wont move. Almost broke it.

Hi Jason, good reviews, can you confirm that this one is made in china, if so does the packaging give an address. I live in Portugal and trying to find anything remotely like this can prove challenging at a budget price 😂, any info you can offer would be great. Thank you

It comes off by just removing the screws.

What did you torque this optical at on the 502? Don't want to over tighten.

Just shoot 3-5 shots to zero. No need for a whole mag and then have fun at the range….wait it’s a 22
